Sliced Chicken Hearts are the key to our food snob, Madison. When Bailie and Madison were at the nose work trials in Green Bay two weeks ago, each entrant received a fun little gift which was a few of Ty’s sliced chicken hearts. Mom thought why not see if Madison will eat them and she loved them!
Because Bailie was entered in three trials, she got a fresh gift of these delectables each time she checked in. Mom figured Madison would quit eating them, but she always wanted more!
Once they got home, Mom wanted to order some but they don’t have a website nor are they on social media. After emailing, she found out they have several different treats, so she ordered three kinds – the chicken hearts, turkey hearts, and of course, rabbit. All their treats are locally sourced in Wisconsin and processed in a USDA inspected meat market.
We haven’t opened up the turkey or rabbit yet as we want to take our time eating through these yummy, healthy, freeze dried treats! There is only one ingredient in each package which is what it says on the package – sliced chicken hearts, or rabbit, or whatever the package contains. One thing Mom loves is the treats are freeze dried, but they don’t crumble and can easily be broken into smaller pieces! They will also last for up to six months once opened and that is without preservatives.
Little Madison likes these so much, she can’t even sit still for a photo! She wants that last piece!
We were not given anything for posting this review and were not asked to do a review, but we love these treats so much, we wanted to spread the word. The owner is at dog events around the Midwest sometimes, but you can call or email her to order. She ships the treats to your house really quickly!
Mom is thrilled to finally have a treat Madison loves and will work for that is also super healthy. I suggest you call or email Heidi to get some goodies for your own dog. We get nothing if you order, but tell her My GBGV Life sent you so she knows where the business is coming from! Madison highly recommends the sliced chicken hearts!
