It is that time of year when I have to buckle down and get my letter to Santa Paws written. Not only do I have to narrow down my wish list, I have to think about the past year and decide how naughty or nice I have been. Well, here it is, my official letter to Santa Paws!
Dear Santa Paws,
Hi, it is Emma the GBGV here writing you from Minnesota which is far from the North Pole mom tells me, but I think the climate may be similar at least in the winter.
I have been busy thinking about what I want and going through my catalogs choosing the items I really need. I think I have been a very good girl this year, at least I have been trying really hard. I have not caught a wabbit in almost a year now, and have been focusing on just chasing wabbits and squirrels only for the sport of it. I have also been nice to my big sister and my very naughty cat bro Bert, Sophie I never see, so she does not count. Mom says I am a devil but I don’t know why.
For Christmas this year I would like more bird feeders for my squirrels and maybe some more bags of food because those fat squirrels really eat a lot. I could use some fun new collars from my favorite place, Up Country, I need a new 25 ft. Flexi-Leash because I pretty much killed mine taking off after a wabbit (cord was almost cut in half on the brick as I rounded the corner of the house), lots of snacks like bully sticks, cows ears, tripe and any other good treats you have in stock.
I will put out some milk and cookies for you and a big bowl of water and some carrots for your reindeer as I do every year.

PS: Please send us lots of snow and cold weather this winter as we love winter and so does our mom! And don’t forget to stop by the animal shelters and leave the poor homeless animals a little something like toys or tasty snacks.
I got this certificate from my friend Ty that has connections with Santa and his elves so it looks like I am all set – YAY!

Hiya Emma! I’m a Jewish dog so Santa skips our house, but don’t feel bad fur me…I get a nice present on the first night of Chanukah and then a treat each of the eight night when we light our candles, so I do OK…since you were SO GOOD I know you’ll get everything you want
Hey, that’s cool. Everyone has their own traditions and religions and I bet you might make a Chanukah post for your holiday. As long as we are all happy that is the main thing!
We’re with you Emmma – we LOVE UpCountry collars. Unfortunately they don’t make harnesses and that is all that Chester and Gretel wear…..so we just have to admire them on the store shelves 🙁

We do not celebrate Christmas, so, we really enjoy reading about everyone’s traditions. 🙂
That is the cool thing is if everyone shares what they celebrate – we all have our holidays, religions and events. I am sure I will make something special for Santa 😉
