We’ve never had a PetBox at our house before, so when I got the chance to review one, I was really excited. As you will see, not only is full of great products, but PetBox is donating 100% of their profits this December to pet shelters, so even pets in need will benefit when you order PetBox! One other great thing to note is that starting in 2014, they will also offer the boxes for cats!
One of the unique things about PetBox is they allow members to personalize their own boxes. You can choose the six items you want delivered from their selection of premium products, this way you only receive products your pets will want and use. PetBox only stocks premium products, meaning you won’t find a million items to choose from, but you will find safe and healthy products your pet will love!
I’m excited to tell you all about what I received in my PetBox!
Twelve paws down, our favorite item in the box was the Clear Conscience Tenderstikz. This was almost dangerous as I snatched in and wanted to eat it down, wrapper and all! The Clear Conscience Sliders were pretty darn tasty as well. These are tender moist treats with no glycerin or vegetable glycerin, no propylene glycol, and no sugars or syrups. Clear Conscience products also contain no grains, gluten meals or other high carb fillers.
Another delicious treat is Honest Kitchen Smooches – too smooch for, really! These treats are a nice size for a light snack, made of 100% human grade ingredients including barley flour, USDA chicken, molasses, filtered water, eggs, organic virgin coconut oil, cranberries and aged parmesan cheese.
In a super cute container we found Healthy Dogma pumpkin ginger flavor barkers in a mini bone shape.
There was a package of NoviPet Multi Vitamins.
I’m excited to try out the Earth Heart Canine Calming Spray. I’m always a jittery nervous mess when I go to the vet, so I will give this a test later in the week when I have my lips checked. It is an all-natural remedy that has had lots of success in calming dogs.
Bailie enjoyed the Aussie Naturals Duck Toy. Katie and I don’t play much with toys, but Bailie hauled the duck out of the box and was playing and gnawing on it right away! It is made of tough products that make it difficult to destroy.
Because PetBox truly cares about us pets, they sent along a KeepDoggieSafe.com Pet Rescue Decal that we can post in a window to alert emergency crews that we pets are inside.
There was also a gift card for DogTV in my box that I haven’t had a chance to use just yet.
Now for the fun news part!

Looks fab and enjoy. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Best wishes Molly
Have a great day too!
Sounds like a great box. We loved the Smooches too and brown dogs would love more of those. 🙂
You can never have too many smooches 😉

The box is really cool and it sounds like everything is so healthy.
They only work with really good products.

Christmas come early!
I love the mailman…he makes Christmas come often at our house…just Mom feels a bit left out 😉

Looks like yummy stuff!

Nice! Katie looks happy with her treat! And that photo of Bailie when she’s almost cross eyed is just too cute! Bet you guys love the mailman? (My gang think mail trucks are fire-breathing dragons to be chased off or destroyed. LOL!)
We get excited when the mailman or delivery person pulls up because they are usually bringing something delicious for me!
Maria Sadowski says
So… Did you get to eat all those ginger flavor barkers, or did your mom take them away? (LOL)
She took them away! I only got to eat like 2 or 3 of them because I am a slow eater.
Parenting Furkids (@FurkidParent) says
We’ve got to look for some of those Tenderstikz and Sliders. They look really yummy.
We liked both but I was nuts for the Tenderstikz!
Jill Chance says
We’d get some of the cloudstar treats!
That makes me think of tasty Buddy Biscuits!

Great review! Everything looks delicious!
I didn’t eat the box, but everything else was awesome!
Maggie the PBGV says
Fantastic assortment. I had a very bad day yesterday. The mom thought I was terminal and needed to say goodbye at the vet. I rallied and am better! Maybe it was something I ate. I was so weak I could hardly stand, and the mom had to walk beside me. I am 13 and that worries her. It’s a good day today! XOXO Maggie the PBGV
Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that but I’m glad you are feeling better. My sister Katie is having some arthritis issues right now not sure what is going on. She’s 11 1/2 but a big dog. Hopefully she will get back on track again soon. Take care of yourself!
Maggie the PBGV says
Thank you. Hugs to Katie. The cold possibly hurts her joints. The mom says it sure hurts her back – we had some chilly weather here in Florida this week. I sure like my chicken and broth! XOXO Maggie the PBGV
Sue at Talking Dogs says
Ooooh… you lucky girls! Looks like a great box of fun doggie stuff 🙂
Let’s just say my sisters have it pretty good living with me 😉

I love the quality of the products in there! It really looks like you girls enjoyed it all. We love the Clear Conscience products too, but those others also sound great to try.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t want to eat, well, except for the box 😉
It look like a great box you guys have got.
It really is! If you subscribe you can choose your own stuff too!
Nice haul! Between Bark Box and Pet Box, I might need to jump on this bandwagon. I’m sure Moses and Alma would appreciate it!
A box is a good thing in our minds…full of tasty stuff.

Another yummy score fur sure!

I’m just blown away that we get a say in what’s in the box. I’m definitely interested in signing up for our pack.
The free one is the same one we got, but if you subscribe you can choose which is awesome! We never ordered one as you end up getting stuff you don’t want.
Ann "Paws" Staub says
Wow guys, this sounds awesome! I don’t think I’ve heard of a box that allows you to personalize before. And I’d love to see more cat boxes out there. Cats do love boxes after all!
I wonder if they have an option to just deliver a different empty box for cats each month? My cats would find that wonderful!
Kelly Ann T, says
Artie would like the Aussie Naturals Duck Toy and some Cloud Star treats or just about any other treat.
We love Cloud Star treats!
Jessica Rhae (@YDWWYW) says
Chester and Gretel really liked their PetBox…especially the sliders!
We just had some more sliders after our walk but I loved the stick best and then the smooches! Nothing in the box was not good!
Cathy Bennett says
Hi Emma – Our Mom gets us BarkBox. My brother Harley loves to open the box, and I’m okay with that. He likes the treats and I love the toys. Nice to read your story, they make Mom laugh.
Thank you, I like to make people smile and laugh! I’m not familiar with your blog but I love the groovy title. I will have to check it out!
Glad you enjoyed your box and thanks for giving us info about what the ingredients were, do you know if you can get the entire box grain free, sugar free, etc?
I hope you’re having a fun day,
Your pal Snoopy 🙂
Oh, you want the “boring” box? Just kidding! Since you can choose the products yourself I’m pretty sure you could do that. If you go to PetBox on pinterest they have a board with their products so you can see what all they have.
