Last weekend was our time to really get ready for Christmas including finishing up the last minute shopping.
Being Bailie’s first Christmas I sat down and helped her get a letter to Santa written. We are hoping she makes the good list, I think she will. Every puppy is entitled to a few bad deeds.
Mom took some festive photos of us.
Then we headed off to finish the shopping, including a stop at PetCo to look around and let Bailie meet Santa for the first time.
She thought he was a bit of an odd fellow but at least she did not pull off his beard like I did last year!
I found the perfect pillows for us…good dog pillows, of course.
Bailie found the rawhide treats quite interesting and chose them over the toys!
It was a fun day and helped us to really get in the mood. Just a few days to go until Santa arrives! Are you ready at your house?

Love the pictures! We aren’t ready at our house:( Mommy hasn’t wrapped presents, heck she is still trying to finish up her shopping and now we have ice! Don’t know if mommy will be able to make it out or not today. She is a little behind this year!
I sure hope she has presents for you dogs already! We have to wrap this weekend and Bailie’s gift won’t arrive until the 23rd or 24th, but that is still in time.
Oh, Emma, what pawsitively beautiful pictures of you and Bailie! I saw Bailie’s Santa hat said “nice” and that is a good thing for a pawppy. I am sure Santa will bring you both lots of toys and tweets. I do not play with toys, but I sure likes my tweets! The mom has our tree up in the dining room where none of us can get to steal any of the ornaments off of it (and Panda might think it is a real tree like outside…he is BAD like that!) We don’t bother the tree. Bert used to climb it. We do run behind or under it which is bad Mom says, but that is it. I think Bailie has worked hard to improve and will be on the nice list.
