Cousin Lena saw my Chewy.com treats arrive the other day. Once I was done with my review, I let her have one of my tasty cookies. This month I wanted to try out a new item at Chewy.com, the Old Mother Hubbard Gourmet Goodies Soft Bakes with Applesauce & Oatmeal Moist Baked Dog Treats from WellPet. These are fine gourmet cookies for dogs. I had trouble right after opening the package, though. Mom said they smelled so good, she wasn’t sure that they were for dogs! She told me they smelled just like her homemade oatmeal cookies. In a panic, I grabbed the bag back from her and decided it would need to be guarded or she might eat my treats!

I just had a frosted mini wheat so I just know I would love those cookies. I heard the mom drop it on the floor and I was all over it! I went to class last night and learned how to “leave it!” I need to practice that so I think I have homework. XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
Bailie does drop and leave it really well. I rarely pick stuff up, so for me it isn’t as important. Bailie starts obedience 2 tomorrow night, so I am seeing tutoring in my future 😉

I’m quite thankful that Mom “rescued me from the UK and then Germany”. Being an American dog does have benefits, although I honestly find dog life in Germany to be the best.
I agree it can be nice to live there, but not all places are dogfriendly and some cities have a high dog tax and during the last years some laws and restrictions became very harsh. But the best is to have a fabulous home and a good family :o)
Dog tax is super cheap where we live now, which is nice!

I am used to sharing, so not a big deal, but I think Mom is pushing the limits with four dogs…two was okay, then we added Bailie and now Lena! At some point, I just want my own stuff!

I think they owe it to her. She is having fun with us, but they went to FL and the ocean, Lena loves to swim and was here with us in the snow.
