Those Wabbits are super fast Emma. Have a super Wednesday xxoxxx
Mollie and Alfie
But, you would be amazed at my speed. I have caught some 20+ in my yard the past years. Mom is always in awe of my hunting skills.
Wabbit patrol sounds great fun Emma. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Best wishes Molly
Especially since sometimes I find one!
Did you find any? Too cold maybe…lol.
Didn’t find any in my yard but saw a couple on our walk 🙂
20+ wabbits! We are impressed with your abilities as a hunter and blogger. You go, girl! XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
Mom can’t believe it. I run out the door across the yard, grab the wabbit, break its neck and run back to Mom with it. It takes less than a minute and she barely knows what happened. I have good wabbit instincts but it somehow makes Mom sad.
They tell me my Boston “sister” Lyla does the same thing with ‘possums. She is really fast and they are slow. She has brought her kill into the house both times to show the mom. She also chases squirrels. I have a great teacher. My bro Panda got a wabbit’s tail as it escaped under the fence. Poor wabbit. Sparkle the PBGV
Bummer he didn’t get a foot, I hear those are lucky…could hang it on his collar. I bring my kills to Mom or my big sister, neither is impressed, very odd!
You go girl! Let’s us know what you find!
No wabbits today, but soon I know I will find some because they are all coming out to get ready for Easter next month.
Did you find it? I have one in my back yard, pretty insulted he thinks its safe out there! Love Dolly
I have killed all of them in my yard, so I have to wait for some unsuspecting ones to come by.
They are yummy when you catch one Emma 😉
I never eat them. I just catch, kill and bring to my mom who never appreciates my efforts.
Doesn’t look like you found any, Emma. I almost got another one this morning! Woofs from Rudy
None this morning, but they will be back and if they are in the yard there is about a 90% chance I will catch them. I am an expert wabbit hunter!
Wilhelm wishes he could spend more time on wabbit patrol. And he could use a good hound hunting partner like you, Emma. Those herding dogs he lives with just don’t get what he is up to when he goes after those pesky varmints!
I can always use hunting help. This year I plan to train Bailie to help me catch some of those pesty critters in the yard!
Emma, Leo was on Cat patrol earlier, mom couldn’t take any pictures because he was pulling her across the lady’s lawn. Too funny! – take care, Harley
We like to chase cats too if they are not our own cats! I know I would never pull my mom on the leash because of a cat or critter 😉
Emma, enjoy the snow as you look for rabbits!
We are enjoying it while it lasts, but I think there will be many more wabbits when it melts!
Oooo, did you find some? You look pretty intent there.
No, no wabbits yet, but they will come, they always do. When they say dumb bunny, there is a reason for it 😉
The rabbits know to hop along when they see those ears coming for them.
Actually, they are not that smart. I have gotten so many in that area and they just keep coming back…not smart like us dogs!
If you find one and it is the easter bunny-guy, please ask him if he got my wishlist :o)
I’m not allowed to touch the Easter Bunny. If I see him I will tell him to take his basket and move along to your house 🙂
Emma, You sure look pretty out on patrol. If you see a wabbit with a basket of colorful eggs, let him go, ‘cuz he brings goodies to us! Bark More, Growl Less Barking from the Bayou!
Mom says I’m not allowed to touch the Easter bunny or his helpers, so no worries there. All the wabbits around here leave nice eggs laying around, though.
It’s a great job to have… did you find any of those wabbits?
Not yet, but they will be coming by soon with the warmer weather.
Girlfriend, Keep up the good work! Squirrels are our main threat here in San Antonio, TX – that an an occasional fox who sneaks into my neighborhood from a creek across the golf course and then through a drainage pipe under a busy street. I have to sleep with one eye open to keep my peeps safe! Sigh, Jolie Amie
We saw a fox one morning on a walk not far from out house, looked more like a shaggy, dirty playmate. I really want a squirrel but the wabbits are such easy targets I usually just catch them.
Hope you find some to play with! Let us know if you do with lots more pics! Bol!
I don’t play with them. My sister Katie likes to play with them, I just do my job and they don’t play anymore which makes Katie and Mom unhappy with me.
Did you find any?
Not yet, but I always check because I know they will be back any day now.
Oh no!!!! Wabbit patrol?! Oh no!!! I’ll have to tell our bunny furriend Speedy to stay outta your yard!!! haha! Happy
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Yeah, online wabbit friends are safe, but not in my yard.
Did you find any this time? I bet those bunnies see you patrolling, and tell each other to stay out of the area! 🙂
Mom thought after I killed a few they would stay away, but they are not real smart and keep coming back.
Looks like fun! We used to have wabbits but not anymore:( We must have scared them away!
We have a lot less than we used to thanks to me!
Snow bunny alert!
Cutest snow bunny in town!
Good Job! I hope you are being vewwy vewwy qwiet while you’re hunting wabbits!
I’m a stealth hunter 🙂
It’s a full time job! Our beagle always had to do rabbit and squirrel patrol in our old yard. Exhausting! Hope you are well paid.
My pay is catching those wabbits. This year I hope to have the help of Bailie. She should be an excellent hunter too.
Hope you get the wabbit.
Couldn’t find any…still too much snow.
You get those wabbits! 🙂
Haven’t found any yet this year, but I can smell that they have been here…probably while I am sleeping at night.
What an awful lot of sno. Have a nice day.
I know and it already melted a lot.
Chasing rabbits in the snow! Go Emma, Go!
I have caught a couple in the deep snow, but this year I haven’t found any.
Silly wabbit chaser
That would be me.
You would think that word would get out about your amazing rabbit chasing skills and the rabbits would stay away from your yard. But no. Silly wabbits!
I don’t think wabbits are the brightest creatures 🙂
Do you really have rabbits in your yard? I’ve only ever seen 1 wild rabbit and I was shocked to see it in an apartment complex up in Maryland!
We have tons of wabbits around here and in my yard. Silly wabbits even had a nest under one of my trees!
Wabbit hunting is fun but when you find one the chase is exhilarating. I never catch them but I could if I wanted to! I just like the run.
Wednesdays wags!
My sister Katie likes the fun of the chase too, so she gets mad at me because I catch them and then they don’t run anymore but I like the part about catching.
We don’t have many rabbits around here in the warmer weather, we have a lot of squirrels. No one here is interested in catching them and they help out by picking up all the acorns in the fall. Have fun looking 🙂
Wow! Sounds like you all need some hounds! We love hunting and catching…my sister Katie is more for just watching.
We might at that Emma, I bet you could come and get them in control in no time. Most of the dogs around her are retrievers!
You should come by my house – we always has rabbits round here!
Oh yes, I could fix that problem for you. I love wabbit hunting!
Get them Ems!
I will, it is still early in the season 🙂
I wish I had some snow!
We have had more than enough this year!
You look like you mean business!
Poop is serious business!
