As you probably know, Mom has a serious collar addiction, but what about a snazzy ID tag to go on those collars? She spends a fortune on nice, fun collars and then hangs a boring tag on them. Problem solved with Silver Paw Pet Tags!
Since Mom got her first dog, she has ordered the same brass bone tags for every dog. They wear out every couple years, so she orders new ones. We dogs would like a snazzy tag for a change to go with our nice collars. I was contacted by Silver Paw Pet Tags to see if I would like to try one of their tags and write a review. I sniffed and pawed around their site for a bit and then placed my order. My package arrived at my house in two days!
I couldn’t wait to get it open and take a look! It was packaged really well, and I loved how it was in a fancy black bag, like expensive jewelry! I sniffed, and pawed at it, and then had Mom try it on my collar. Well, looking good isn’t it?
It looks great! We love that they are made and hand finished in the USA, Maine to be exact. The tags are made out of a special grade of stainless steel which is 100% corrosion proof and twice as durable as all other stainless alloys. They offer a lifetime guarantee on the entire tag as well. There are eight fun tags to choose from: a heart with a paw print (the one we got since it shows love), a flower, a snowflake, a bone, a Lab, a paw print, a squirrel (could not live with a squirrel hanging on my collar), and for my obsessed friends, a tennis ball. All the designs are all super cute!
At first we thought they might be a bit expensive, but if we added up the cost of our other tags being replaced several times, they really are not. We typically move every few years, so we thought we would need to order a new tag, but that is not the case either. If you have a change in your information, just mail the tag back to Silver Paw Pet Tags and for $8, they will re engrave your tag with your updated information!
We liked my tag so much, Mom ordered another one for Bailie. Now Bailie and I have matching tags (except for our names, of course). Katie did not get one as with all her fur you can’t see her tags at all, and she just got a new name tag anyway. If you are looking for some snazzy, fun, quality ID tags for your name and information, look up Silver Paw Pet Tags, they receive my paw stamp of approval!
