I’m back to taking a few facial selfies of none other than myself, of course! I started by taking one in my cuddle bed right after my afternoon nap. I didn’t get my entire nose and beard in the shot, though. As you can see, I’m still waking up and not really smiling just yet.
To remedy that first facial selfie, I took a close up of my nose. Mom just loves that burst of red/brown fur around my black snout. Pretty darn cute even if I do say so myself. I’m lovin’ how nice my beard looks these days. Mom brushes it every day and it looks really nice, no more tangles like before my lip fold surgery in 2013 when I wouldn’t let Mom near my beard.
Finally, I took a full facial selfie out in the yard where the light was a bit better. I didn’t get in my entire head and ears, but since my floppys are so long and my legs are short for holding the phone for a selfie, it was the best I could do. Even though I missed some of my ears and face, I did get in most of my long body! This selfie thing is really a job, I tell you! Do you think I’m getting better at taking selfies?
I’m joining the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop hosted by, kind of embarrassing, a big bunch of cats at The Cat On My Head. If you want to give a selfie a try, join in the hop, or see how good or bad other selfies are to help you get the guts to try it yourself! I sure hope some other dogs join me today or I will be alone with the felines!
