I don’t know what happened! I don’t know where my other ear could be! I better run around real fast and find it! I don’t want to be a one eared dog forever! Bailie must have ripped it off in our wild game of chase and wrestle! Since my floppys are so big, it shouldn’t be too hard to find!
Today IβmΒ joining the Black and White Sunday Blog Hop, with a splash of Christmas red, sponsored by Dachshund Nola and Sugar the Golden Retriever. Remember to stop by and visit some of the other blogs on the hop to meet new friends!
LOL you ear is missing. Have a serene and easy Sunday.
Best wishes Molly
You wouldn’t be laughing so much if you ear was missing in action π
That is the cutest non-ear photo ever!
Blessings to you.

Tootsie
Thank you. I hope to have two ears again soon.
Haha Emma! Mom took a picture of me with one ear too, hope you find it! Love Dolly
It is never good to lose an ear!
I can help you out with a wing of my vulture… it looks not bad, we only have to see if you can hear with that wing-thing… he, wait, maybe you can’t hear with that wing… but fly? that would be pawsome…
Fly would be good. I’m thinking maybe if I only have one ear I only need to listen half the time. Interesting idea to ponder.
What a grea silly picture. Having fun is always the best
I specialize in silly fun.
Ears to happy ear hunting!!!
You kitties are so funny!
Just keep running in circles and I bet you will find it. Missing ears will come home. What a great action shot! XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
It has to be around somewhere! I have to find it before a wabbit uses it for a soft and comfy bed.
wow you almost have a Shephard ear LOL.
That’s what I was thinking….it shouldn’t be hard to find that big ear! π
It has to be somewhere around here.
You guys are just the best
Thank you. I think I am better with two ears, though.
Harvey says he feels your pain – sometimes his are higher than a house and sometimes they’re nowhere to be seen – he’s baffled.
Ears can be real tricky can’t they? I need them, but they cause lots of trouble too.
HA!!! That’s so funny, Emma. You are Emma van Gogh! Your one ear looks like it is a question mark over your head!! Have a good Sunday Emma! your doodle friend Dash
I think it is a question mark because it is looking for its partner!
LOL…Too funny. I bet it reappeared after running.
I sure hope so as I feel disfigured a bit!
maybe frostbite got your other ear?
Oh geez, I sure hope not. I had it the other day after it got warmer, so I doubt it.
BOL! Nice action shot ~ you’re great at tracking, Emma, so you’ll find your missing ear soon enough!!
I should have my tracking ace sister find it for me!
Did you find it?
You won’t believe it, but it was still on my head, just not feeling like flying I guess!
It is all fun and games until someone bites an ear off! Pierre is constantly trying to bite mine. WTD? I need both of your ears so you can hear me ask you to Murphy & Stanley’s Heart 2 Heart Valentine’s Day dance. Uh-oh, I think I just asked you. Can you hear me now??
I did find my ear, it was on my head but it was too tired to fly. I hear you loud and clear. I would love to go and I even have a brand new Valentines collar to wear!
bet those ears make you run faster
Snorts.
Lily & Edward
Mom says they might be creating drag, whatever that is, but I think they flap and help me fly.
Cute photo! Looks like you’re having a blast in the snow- even if you are missing one ear π
Woofs & Wags from Bear and Scooter
I don’t have to have my ears for snow fun! I did end up finding the missing one on the other side of my head.
Trying a comment again- I think our first one was ‘eaten!’
We love the photo, and it looks like you’re having a blast in the snow- even if you do only have one ear! π
that is too funny!!! Great photo!
Thanks π
With the way you are running – two ears would have provided enough to lift to rotate and then you would be flying dog. I bet the ear just safely retracted like most spoilers will to keep you on the ground!
Abby Lab
Wow, you sound like you know a lot about flying! I would hate to take off unexpectedly, it would be frightening!

π I hope you find it soon!!!
Luckily I got a tip it was on the other side of my head and all of the sudden there is was.
OMD…..Maybe you left it inside??? We are sure it will turn up!!

It is a bit scary thinking about only having one ear, but I have found it now, so all is good.
Maybe if FROZE OFF and is Lost in the Snow… iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii OMD that would be terrible.
In that case I would find it in the spring when the white stuff melts.
Hope you find your ear!!!
Thank you. I did find it on my head, actually, after searching madly for what seemed like hours.
Seems like a line in a spy movie. Look for the person walking the one-earred dog.
Hope you find it soon!

Maybe I’m in a reality spy show…could be a series!
Sometimes us floppy eared dogs loose track of our ears. It happens.
Millie & Walter (the floppy eared one)
I feel better knowing it happens…guess I am not alone!
Well, Emma I really hope you found your ear but if you didn’t photos like these will go viral at Halloween time!
Today cute, Halloween, very scary! Good job with your Seahawks. Glad they woke up and beat the rotten Packers!
How did you manage to lose your ear?
Amazingly, I have no idea! I did find it later on the other side of my head.
BOL! *wags* – Gilligan from WagsAhoy.com
You wouldn’t be laughing if it was your ear gone missing!
BOL, it looks like it disappEARed.
BOL! Good one!
You don’t really need your other ear for your nose work and it wouldn’t get in the way of picking up a scent. It’s probably still hanging around though π
Actually, the two of them hanging down create a funnel effect of odor to my nose which would be disrupted with only one ear. I did find it, so I will be alright.
Use your nose to sniff it out, Emma!
I’m racing around like crazy sniffin’ for it.
I hope you find it soon!
What a shock to realize an ear got away! I did find it a bit later, thankfully!
I am very pleased to hear that!
LOL oh no. Hope you find it!
It was a scary time, but I finally found it right there on my own head!
Look out, you’ve got the “hook ear” LOL
Or maybe a question mark ear?
