Maybe you can’t catch a home run, but you sure can catch some cans of Merrick Limited Edition Spring Training Supper! Although the cold and snow seem to be hanging on to a large part of the USA, baseball spring training is in full swing in Florida and Arizona, and the players need a good meal!
Feast your eyes, and focus your nose, on this bowl of Spring Training Supper! Grain Free, made with beef, chicken, potatoes, and gravy, lots of tasty gravy! I suggest storing some gravy in your beard, if you have one, for later on.
Now if you are going to watch some teams in training, why not take a few cans along and have a picnic at the stadium? Don’t forget to pack your bowl! If you are a Minnesota Twins fan like me, and your team is always a failure, a meal like this will definitely get your tail wagging again – win or lose!
I’m stuck in the winter for my spring training, but the dugout is a great place to share some love with your teammates! You don’t need to hit a home run to be the most popular player on the team! Simply bring some Spring Training Supper along to your next practice!
Nothing warms a puppy’s belly after a game of baseball in the snow and single digit temperatures more than a good, healthy meal!
You can also invite the whole team back to your place after practice to warm up and enjoy some Spring Training Supper. I bet they will remember more about the food than any home run you ever hit in a game!
Even the senior players on your team will be thrilled to get a meal like this one!
Enough barking about the wonders of Merrick Spring Training Supper. I have to get down to business and eat my portion! Have your pet parent run out and get you a few cans. Trust me, you will love it and your team will love you even more if you share!

NOTE! This weekend my blog will be undergoing a facelift. Starting Friday night, at times my site may be unavailable or appear strange, but never fear! I hope to have everything up and running again by Sunday or Monday at the latest. I won’t be posting Saturday or Sunday this week.
Today Iβm joining the Barks and Bytes Blog Hop hosted by 2 Brown Dawgs and Heart Like a Dog! Join up and share in the fun, or just visit a few new blogs!
Oh dear, I seem to haf drooled all over the keyboard! That does look very yummy!

Yikes, I hope it didn’t short out! It is tasty food!
that sure does sound good – we hope they make one without poultry in it
I have a few more kinds to go through. We will have to see if they have poultry or not.
Mega drools. Have a tremendous Thursday.
Best wishes Molly
Seriously, we all go nuts when the can is opened! A real drool pool!
Merrick makes such yummy food! I still have some Thanksgiving Dinner and Mardi Gras Mash. The mom does not want to get us too spoiled! “Take me out to the ball game…” XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
It is all so yummy! We could eat it until we explode, but it won’t happen since we can’t get the cans open ourselves!
We are definitely going to have to try that! It looks SO GOOD! Can’t wait to see what your blog looks like! It is always fun to have a new look.
xo Chloe and LadyBug
It needs a “freshen up”. Nothing huge, but I think it will be a nice change.
Merck makes the best food and you guys look adorable in your baseball hats! Bring on Spring and baseball!!!
Remember is it not always what you do, but how you look. My motto π
That looks super yummy! Thanks for joining the hop and good luck with the face lift!
Hopefully it will go well, but it is always a bit scary.
Ohhhhh yummers!!!! That looks tasty, I bet my huskies would love a piece of that action!!
α¦ husky hugz α¦ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Oh yes, they would! We go wild when the can is opened!
do you think that food makes me fit for the mrathon too? it’s worth a try, huh? sadly I have to send out my dad, he currently is the food-guy… and that ends mostly not well hahaha
This food would be perfect for after the marathon.
Wow…you gals make us think maybe we should start watching some baseball….or at least try some of Merrick’s Spring Training Foodables!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
PeeEss…Looking forward to seeing your blog facelift!!
I would suggest eating Spring Training Foodables and thinking about baseball for a few more weeks. It’s tough being out in the cold and trying to play or watch a game.
Great post!! It is soooo cold here today and more snow on the way. Yikes! Emma, whose team is your hat? Is that the Twins hat? We have a Rockies hat..they haven’t been so good lately either… your doodle friend Dash
It’s my Twins hat. I try to be a fan every year but it is not easy with such losers. Maybe this year will be better. Enjoy your snow!
Year round you guys are ready to play ball. Looking forward to checking out the new digs.
We don’t let something small like weather hold us back π
Love the photos! Do all three of you cheer for the same team?
We do. We are all fans of the losing team, the Minnesota Twins. Maybe this will be the year, or maybe not???
You are hilarious. We love that stuff. It has real peas and carrots in it
Snorts,
Lily & Edward
Please, don’t mention the veggies, I prefer to think it is all meat as I’m not a big veggie fan, but it is super tasty, that I know!
That looks like some darn yummy goodies!!!
Merrick is our food of choice!
I’m actually more excited about the blog change. I can’t wait to see what you have in mind. Thanks for joining the blog hop!
Thanks! Nothing earth shattering, but we needed an update.
Between the food, the hats, gloves and bats you all are ready for a little baseball. Now if only the weather would cooperate huh? Prayerfully it will soon.
It is a bit chilly out there on the field these days and that baseball disappears so fast in the snow!
Can’t wait to see the new look! Thanks for reminding me about Spring training, we know it started we just forget every time we look outside! Food sure looks yummy and great pictures as always! Love Dolly
Thanks, Dolly. It doesn’t look like baseball here either, but the food cans keep it fresh in my canine mind!
That food looks awesome. My girls love Merrick! I hope your blog’s facelift goes smoothly!
I love to take the little sausages out and break them up on the floor, lots of fun, and I clean up the mess when I’m done. We are hoping for a smooth blog transition too!
I just love the flavors Merrick comes up with! Thinking about spring training is definitely cheering us up, and I know my crew wants to try this food too.
I recommend it! The make the best stuff with the most fun names!
Well … being from Minnesota I could relate when you said you are a Twins fan, and they pretty much always lose! Oh well! Like you said, there is always good food while watching a game.
Looking forward to see your site’s facelift!
The food makes the Twins pains bearable!
That looks really good Emma, Aspen loves Merrick. Good luck with face lift .
Aspen is a smart dog! Paws crossed on the facelift.
Hard to believe it is baseball season with all this snow around. Go team!
If it doesn’t stop, it may be a different season opener this year in many places!
I luvs baseball and always wanna play in da bark.
I just wish my team was better.
That doesn’t seem right to have snow on the baseball field. Oh yeah, you’re in Minnesota!
It was a bit difficult to figure out an angle for spring training in the cold and snow, but I think it worked out alright. The main thing is the food tasted great and did not freeze!
It’s hard for us to even think about baseball with all this snow on the ground. That food looks delish!
Millie & Walter
I wouldn’t normally either, but I had to think spring training and good food, so baseball went on in the snow!
It definitely looks like Merrick has hit a homerun with this newest flavor! Good luck with your site makeover! I’m excited to see it!
Thank you. We are a bit nervous, but we have good help, so hopefully it will go just fine.
A home run for sure! Looks nummy!
Your gang would love it!
We’re HUGE Merrick fans ourselves, too!
I know my cats even like the Merrick Dog Food, so I can only imagine how they would like their cat food!
Betcha there are lots of WOOFIES drooling as they read this post
I’m sure! It was hard to wait to eat until the photos were done!
