It’s week 22 of the 52 Snapshots of Life Photo Challenge and the word is “race”. This one was an easy week for us as Bailie and I are racing in the yard almost every day. Speed is the name of our game!
Today, I’m joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop sponsored by BlogPaws! Don’t forget to stop by and visit some new blogs for fun!
My friends at The Lazy Pitbull had the idea for the #PBSG and #52Snapshots of Life photo challenge. The linky for the current week will be posted on Friday mornings. Be sure to see what other blogs come up with for the word of the week!
weeeee your both going fast!
We love racing!
Tag you’re it see you later! Love Dolly
Watch out! You might be it next in Nashville!
Look at them GO!!!!!!
Racing dogs is what Mom calls us.
zoomies around the yard is so much fun
Next to critter chasing, it is the most fun.
In honor of the Indy 500 !
Yes! I bet we could beat those cars!
Get out of our way….we’re coming through! Safe travels. XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
We don’t pay attention to who is in our way and have crashed into Mom or Katie before.
wow that’s a race… you have thze most powerful engines inside :o)
We are awesome speed machines, even with my short legs.
Zoomies!!! Woohoo! My huskies know alllllllll about those!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
I bet they do!
You two sure look fast!! Luke would love to race with you!
We could make a racing train.
Who won?
We trade off letting each other win.
And the winner is…….
Lily & Edward
Probably in the long run it would be Bailie with her longer legs.
You are going fast! It looks like lots of fun!
Katie and I used to do the same thing, but she doesn’t really run anymore.
keep up that speed and you’ll both be in Chesterfield before Mom is!
By the time we got here, we were both worn out.
Boy oh boy (Girl oh girl!?) are you ladies fast! I don’t know that I could keep up!
We work hard on speed.
Wow, I can hardly see you …you are moving so fast
We are really speedy and we work on getting faster all the time.
WOO HOO! Looks like you’re having a blast. Great exercise for the day Emma!
Chase or racing is our favorite game.
You two remind me of Earl and Ethel. Usually, it’s Ethel who will begin the game, but Earl is always (generally) happy to comply in a speedy zoom around the yard.

We take turns starting, winning, etc. We do it almost daily.
I haven’t done the Snapshots of Life Challenge before, but it must be nice when the word of the week is a perfect fit for your pups. That’s a great photo!
Some weeks are tough and some are easy, and it also varies by the person. It is a lot of fun.
Zooooooom!!!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
Zoom, zoom, paws cruising as fast as possible.
Now thats how you burn off energy!
And we do it pretty much daily!
Is Bailie winning or are you pacing yourself? 😉
Bailie cheats as she has much longer legs.
Who won? Go on – tell us, inquiring minds want to know.
Bailie often wins as she has longer legs and is 7 years younger, but sometimes I tackle her which I call a win.
“Race” is certainly a perfect word for you two. Of my 3 dogs, Tucker is the racer. Jasper is a couch potato. Lilah can get Tucker running just by looking at him; that’s the Border Collie in her.
–Wags (and purrs) from Life with Dogs and Cats
Katie and I used to play chase all the time, and when Bailie first came to live with us, all three of us would race together, but these days, Katie can’t run.
You girls look speedy indeed! Love the ear action! (And I see Rita’s fave toy in your yard!)
Can’t miss that toy! Even in the snow, it usually shows itself.
I’m betting on you, Emma!
Uh oh, I better tackle her because she is faster with her longer legs.
You look very good when racing! My Ellie can run all the way around the house in the time I take two steps, LOL! I’ll think, “Where did she go” and she’s already coming up behind me =D
We are so fast, it is amazing Mom says! She just stays clear so we don’t crash into her.
Looks like lots of fun!! Mica and Lexie use to race. She raced with Aspen for a little while, but for some reason she is back to doing nothing:(
Well, sometimes chase is a lot of work, but I still enjoy it and Bailie will pester me until I play.
That is darn impressive scootin’!
You should see the speed when we chase our cat bro Bert!
So who won?
Bailie is faster, but I can sometimes tackle her, so I win.
Wow Emma! You and Bailie are almost as fast as me!!!! I run around in my yard so fast, especially when I’m chasing the cars on the other side of the fence. Mommie says I have to learn not to do that and soon, otherwise I might run out into the street and get dead. I don’t think she knows what she’s talking about…
Bruin.
Bailie and I chase trailers, but not normal vehicles.
You girls look so fast.
Millie & Walter
Speedy hounds, makes it easy to capture wabbits.
Great photo, you guys look like you’re having a blast!
We chase all the time and it never gets old!
Brown dawgs like that game too!
We think it is the most fun game of all, next to critter chasing, of course!
Emma, you and Bailie are fast! You look like you’re having so much fun. Who usually gets there first? In our house, Sophie is the squirrely one and is so nimble, she often snatches the toy right out from under Jasper’s nose. But, Jasper is like a compact little tank. So, when he gets going, Sophie sometimes steps out of the way of the steamroller that he is. Good thinking, we say. Thanks for sharing your fun, Emma!
Bailie is faster because she is a lot younger and has longer legs, but sometimes I tackle her which I consider a win!
Weeeeeee!
Oh yeah! Speed, no braking!
