Do you know the movie Driving Miss Daisy? I guess this is my b/w version in photos, so I’m calling it, Driving Miss Emma! Maybe I should make my own movie?
I was out and about with Mom the other day when we happened upon this 1931 Model A, two door coupe. Obviously, I had to get in and check it out! Hey, anyone want to chauffeur a cute hound around town?
There is something about my look that really fits well in black and white photos, and the old car really added to the entire photo! I best keep my eyes on the road, who knows if this old car can even stay on the road!
What a fun car! I wonder if we should trade in our current SUV for one of these?
Today IβmΒ joining the Black and White Sunday Blog Hop, sponsored by Dachshund Nola and Sugar the Golden Retriever. Remember to stop by and visit some of the other blogs on the hop to meet new friends!
Oh – we think you look like a bonnie and clyde – you just need to find clyde π
LOL! I’m not a dog who likes to get into trouble, so I may have to leave that to Bailie!
You are just stunning in your retro black and white photos! XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
I feel like I look like an old granny, but the look seems to suit me.
What a great find, and you definitely fit in there perfectly with the black and white theme. You just need to find a handsome driver now!
I know. Hopefully some dashing man will see my photos and apply to drive me around.
Love the picture!
Thank you.
That is so very cute sweet Emma!
Thank you kitties.
What a neat find!
Pretty cool and just in time for b/w Sunday!
OMG I LOVE IT!! Yessss…you SHOULD make your own movie!
I need a handsome driver…Dakota???
Now you just need a driver. I’m sure you’d have plenty of interest to drive a stunning lady like you around, Emma! You’re looking quite fancy!

Thank you. I am all dressed in my Sunday furs.
Wow!!! What a great car to find!!! You remind mom of some old show called The Waltons. Hey, mom is home! it’s a great Sunday!
Mom says I’m the furry version of Gramma Walton with my hat. Not sure if I like that or not.
FABULOUS FIND! LOVED THE MOVIE, HOW ABOUT A SEQUEL – Driving Ms Katie??? It could be about Emma taking her older sister back to her roots and all the dogs issues she runs into.
I really need to find some Hollywood connections as I could make it big with a baking show too!
Emma, you know that I will be happy to drive my Boo around town. We would make a smashing couple in that car. β₯ Bentley
I think you have a nice hat for the ride as well. We would knock everyone over with adorableness!
I would pay to see that movie. There are not enough dogs driving cars in films IMHO
Actually, there are simply not enough dogs driving, period! LOL!
Those are great photos!
Purrs xx
Athena and Marie
Thank you. If you purr loud enough you could sit in the rumble seat!
Oh Emma, you need to hire Morgan Freeman to drive you around! You fit that car at least as well as Jessica Tandy fit hers! π
Thank you. I’m looking for a driver, Morgan hasn’t responded to my request.
Now that’s a movie I’d go to see! You look so cute! <3
Ahhh! I need a producer, I need connections in Hollywood! Help!
Those photos are so cool Emma. You look perfect in that car. X Susie and Kilo
Thanks guys. It was fun!
You’d make an awesome movie star, Emma!
Thank you, I do agree. I love the camera and have the attitude thing down too.
I’ll drive you around, Emma! I just love cars, especially the ones speeding by when I have my head out the window!!
Bruin.
I spend my young pup years on the Autobahn in Germany. I love speed, but I have to wear my seat belt all the time in the car and no hanging heads out the window as it is bad for a pup’s eyes.
Definitely! Go for the movie!
Send me some Hollywood connections and I will do it!
Emma, I can’t believe that you just happen to find an old car and have the right hat to wear in it! Love Dolly
What can I say? Carma???
We love the pictures! You look so fabulous!
Thank you. I can do vintage pretty well I think.
Gorgeous photos and you would make an excellent actress for that movie! I can just see walking down the red carpet at the movie Premiere!
I can envision that too. Now I need a few million to get started on the project, LOL!
Coooolio! What fun! Those are purrfect B&Ws!
Thank you, kitties!
Hi Y’all!
I’m with Dollie. How’d you find that old car and just happen to have the perfect hat and furs?
My Human would have been afraid the old man with the beard and the shotgun would have popped out or burst down those steps and shot off a round at us for stealing the car! (Looks like it just came out of an auction)
Y’all come on by,
Hawk aka BrownDog
Mom and I were on a mommy and me day expedition and brought a few things along just in case they would be useful. A girl has to be prepared.
Emma, you are totally right. You look so natural in Black and White!!! We just love these pictures of you in the Model A!!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
Thank you. I bet you would look good in such a car too, Dory!
Very cute!
π Thank you.
Cool car, but I see you as more of the Muscle Car type. π
Me in a muscle car? I thought I was more of a classy pup. Bailie may be a muscle car dog!
I see you in a 69 Mustang with your ears all flying back in the wind. π
Any convertible with my ears flying would be great!
I agree, definitely a fun car! I could totally see you guys cruising around in style like that π
α¦ husky hugz α¦ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
It was a nice ride for something different.
Do you know how long it would take you to get to Phoenix in that car? LOL
I think too long, walking might be faster! Hopefully we can use our regular car for that trip.
I’s tagged ya in da Eight Photos of Happiness tag – check out my post for what to do!
I’ll head over and check it out.
Some very cool black and white photos.
