Here I am for week 38 of the 52 Snapshots of Life Photo Challenge where the word this week is “feet”. I have to tell you, my mom does not like feet. She finds feet ugly, no matter if they are baby feet, middle aged, or old feet. Mom loves paws, but they are not feet, so we had to get creative to finish this week’s challenge. I’d say I am just over four feet long from nose tip to tail tip. Do you agree?

Oh yes! You are four feet long, as we can see on the picture… the proof is there… black and white…well… yellow and red π
Yep, can’t dispute the facts here.
Oh Emma! You have spots like me! And yes, I think you do have four feet.
I have spots like a Holstein cow!
Me too!! MOOO!
Mom found a creative solution to the challenge.
Sometimes it is not so easy, but we find a solution.
Woo Hoo – your Mom and mine have something in common – Mom hates feet too – when she and Dad got married that was something she told him – never ask her to touch his feet – no toe nail clipping or buffing off rough skin – erk she hates feet but PAWS no paws are different – paws are just wonderful.
My mom wouldn’t even wear sandals until a few years ago as she never liked to have her feet showing. Paws are a whole different thing.
We agree Emma nice one! Love Dolly
Thanks, Dolly.
Love it! Mom isn’t a “feet” fan either! BOL!
It seems either humans love or hate feet, no in the middle there.
Four feet or four foot(ed) …you tackled the word feet brilliantly! XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
Four footed, four foot long hound π
That is a clever picture, I love it. Your one long doggie.
Long but short!
Four feets and Mo Treats sounds like a good day!
Mo treats is always good.
Emma you’re right – you’re over four feet long like that photo proves π
Love the picture!
I am a long but short hound!
Some people exaggerate their length π But Emma, you can claim all four of those feet! π
I sure can! Now my height is a different matter!
LOL I hate feet too! So yucky!!! Although I have to say I love little baby feet. I used to nibble on my babies toes when she was just born. It made her giggle every time π
α¦ husky hugz α¦ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
No feet for Mom, she doesn’t like any of them, but they are necessary.
Love your picture, I wouldn’t have picture you were 4 ft! π
I am a long girl, but short! In length and neck sizes I’m almost the same as Katie, just much shorter.
You are one long dog Emma!
Try to find a bun for this hot dog girl!
We are still working on this one. Paws may be our new feet because mine certainly won’t be photographed! LOL!
We toyed with the idea, but for Mom paws are not feet, so we came up with this.
New meaning to foot-longs! Mom wants to measure us now!! great post Emma, your doodle friend Dash
I bet you guys are about as long as me. I am like a big dog with my length and neck size, just short.
My mum thinks feet are ugly and disgusting too! She loves paws though π

My mom loves paws, I mean really loves paws, but they are not technically feet, so I measured myself for the challenge.
Feet are hard to photograph. I’ve tried to post pics of my pedicures, and they just aren’t cute! I’ve seen some dogs measuring their height with stacks of toilet paper. Have you tried that?
I have not, but I did measure my height with a yardstick a while back. https://mygbgvlife.mystagingwebsite.com/2013/07/19/how-do-i-measure-up/
Love your ‘feet’ improvisation! I have to say, feet are weird things really, aren’t they? π
Too bad human feet aren’t cute like dog paws!
There is nothing cuter than furry feet.
Paws are pawsome! Feet on the other hand, not so pawsome.
You are just the right length, Emma!! We also adore your spots, very symmetrical!!

My mom says I look like a Holstein cow which I don’t find real flattering!
Ah yes, very creative! We’re glad your Mom was able to avoid having to photograph actual feet!
We had to find away around the feet one normally thinks of.
Four feet of cuteness.
Thank you! So sweet of you.
A creative way to address feet without actually photographing feet.
Some of the words in this challenge really get the creative brain working!
We love your spots ! Four feet of cute dog ! Purrs
Thank you. I like my spots too.
How funny that you get to promote your “Raw Paws” contest in a post about feet! (But you probably planned it that way, right?)
Jean from Welcome to the Menagerie
It was more of a coincidence, but it works out I think.
LOL! Feet phobia! π I don’t like stinky feet! π
My mom just plain doesn’t like feet, stinky or not! Paws are great, though.
I hate to admit it, but I have a foot fetish! ~Ernie
My cats love Mom’s feet too. Not sure why that is, but the Mom doesn’t like them. She needs them to run and walk, but doesn’t like them.
Feet don’t bother me, but I definitely prefer paws!
It’s a shame human feet don’t look more like paws, but then again, that would look rather odd having paws on humans.
Hee hee, I’d say that works! π We are so so on feet. Baby feet are adorable. Some animal feet we love. But some feet are not so nice to look at, lol. YOU, however, are 4 feet of adorable!
Awwww…thank you. Human feet are just not Mom’s thing, but paws she does love.
Your mom is quite clever looking at ‘feet’ by the inches (rather than the toes). Well done!
P.S. You’re longer than I thought you’d be! π
I’m really the size of a large dog, just short.
LOL I would say your measured about right.
I’d say just over four feet.
Very creative, Emma! I can understand your mom’s feelings. Some feet really are ugly! π
Yeah, she doesn’t find any human feet real appealing.
ats have very cute feet thank you very much. You are 4 ft long/tall. I dunno if thatβs a good thing cos you have to pay full fare over 4 ft.
I might be able to go on more rides at the amusement park being over 4ft?
We love your take on this week’s word!
Thanks. We just couldn’t use paws for feet, so this was the only option we came up with.
I agree π I never thought of using those kind of feet π
We had to avoid the human feet so the only option we came up with was the measurement feet.
