I’m a traveling dog, so when the week 42 word, “world”, popped up in the 52 Snapshots of Life Photo Challenge I was ready! I’ve been to five countries and eighteen states so far. How about your pups? Do they enjoy traveling, or would they rather be home on the couch?
Remember, today is the last day to enter to win Walkies! Fit Bites! Win your dog some tasty low cal training treats!
I’m also really excited to be joining Kol’s Notes and Beagles and Bargains along with a bunch of other friends to present their Trick or Treat Giveaway Hop!
Today, Iβm joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop sponsored by BlogPaws! Donβt forget to stop by and visit some new blogs for fun!
My friends at The Lazy Pitbull had the idea for theΒ #PBSG and #52Snapshots of Life photo challenge. The linky for the current week will be posted on Friday mornings. Be sure to see what other blogs come up with for the word of the week!
I love travelling, Emma! It’s a lot of fun to see, and sniff, new places.
My sisters and I do too. It is great to see as much new stuff as a dog can. It keeps us on our paw tips.
I love to go places, but since my BIG adventure was leaving Duluth and traveling to Florida I have not done any significant travels. XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
Maybe when your mom is back to 100% you will get to do some traveling.
It is only 40 miles, but I think I will be at the Eukanuba dog show in December. I have been invited to be at the “Meet the PBGV Breed Booth.” I am not the ambassador that you are, Emma, but Orlando will be a great beginning for me. Sparkle
I think you will do better in the booth than I would. I tend to like to be the only one, kind of spoiled that way. Hope you make it and have fun.
Emma the world traveler! Love Dolly
That’s me. Now I need to get to Canada…maybe in 2016 if plans work out.
You sure are a World Traveler, Emma! I love traveling but have only been to 3 States so far. You know we travel a lot within Florida and I enjoy that a lot too!
Happy WW
Oz
It’s good to travel around so you are used to different environments. I like to travel anywhere I can and Mom likes me to come along as much as possible.
Mom always says if we were ever rich and could afford a big rv and travel the USA that I would be the happiest dog in the world π
My mom couldn’t be in an RV, but she is good with the car and hotels. It is fun seeing new spots, sniffin’ new smells.
I knew as soon as I saw the word that this was definitely your week to shine. We haven’t gone intercontinental like you…yet! After we hit the lotto and buy a boat, of course.
I need to add some more states and at least one more country. I have some plans in the works to maybe hit Canada and take a trip to the east coast in 2016, so we shall see.
I wish I was able to travel, but my life right now will not allow it. I’m sure I have lots of travel time in the future though. π
α¦ husky hugz α¦ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
My mom isn’t big on travel. She traveled around the world for so many years and lived in Europe for 11 yrs, so she likes to be home, but when we travel, the car with us girls is the way to go.
Emma, your mom has so many cute “outfits” and props for you and your sisters!
Thank you. It is pretty easy to find stuff around the house, or borrow from friends and families if we know they have something we could use for a short time.
You look like the perfect world traveler.
Thank you. I do feel worldly.
We were thinking about using a globe for Earth and then remembered that we don’t have one! ROFL!! You would make a great school teacher because you have class! Love, Bentley β₯
LOL! Good one! We don’t have a globe either, but Gramma does and she let me borrow hers for my post.
Brilliant snap! You look like a teacher!
I do enjoy teaching come to think of it. I’ve held classes for dogs on several topics.
Emma!! You are a world traveler. And that is always our favorite costume that you wear — when you are the French chien! (see we know a little French!) We have been to other states but not internationally. Great post! Your doodle friend Dash
Thank you. It is my Debucher Baguette look, worldly, a touch of British, but a true French Hound!
If mom walks with treats in her pocket, we know it and behave better (she says)
Lily & Edward
Moms think they are so sneaky, but we “nose” the truth.
We are split household when it comes to travel…Arty and I just love to go but Jakey and Bilbo are pretty much homebodies (except for walkies of course!)
Smileys!
Dory
We all love to go, but Katie doesn’t travel well these days so she stays close to home.
Wow, you are well traveled!! We would bring Cocoa with us more places if more places allowed pups!! She hasn’t been too far away from home yet but we would like to travel with her soon!!
Finding dog friendly places is tough, but we manage to get along. It is fun to travel around and experience new places.
Time to spin the globe, stop it with your nose and see where you’re headed next!
Now that is an excellent idea!
Wow that’s a lot of traveling, Emma! Rita’s only been to 2 countries and I think only 2 states!
Living in Europe, knocking of countries was pretty easy, and here, a few long road trips and a girl racks up the states.
Very good! You definitely look like a world traveler, Emma. We’re just homebodies around here…we don’t go too far. We’re going to have to find a different angle for this week’s challenge!
Mom likes to stay home most of the time having traveled the world most of her life, but when she travels these days, we usually go along.
There is no doubt, the world loves you Emma!
I hope so. I am a nice proper dog.
You are quite the world traveler! Great photos!
Thank you. I love to travel. It’s always a fun adventure.
Emma, we grands sure look good In our berets .I ‘ve only been to three countries and 8 or 9 states tha I remember, but I sure like to travel! and so dos my mom.
Chablis
My mom doesn’t like to travel much. She says she is traveled out because of too much travel most of her life, but she enjoys road trips now and then with us doggies.
I hasn’t been outta da country, but I has been to 25 states!
Pawsome! I’m contemplating a trip out east which would get me another 5-8 states depending on the exact trip.
Both boys have the traveling bug. They haven’t been on an airplane though. I just don’t want them traveling with the cargo.
My mom said her pets will never fly cargo, but moving over the Atlantic there is no other option, so some of us have done it but on a non stop, one leg trip only. It stinks we can’t go in the cabin if we pay for a seat!
Emma, you look so cute with your globe!
Thank you.
You’ve seen far more places than most dogs Emma, that’s for sure. My guys like traveling too, but not on planes. I won’t put them on planes.
Mom won’t put us on planes either, but with the choice of leaving us behind or flying us in the the belly when we moved to the US, the decision had to be flying.
My goodness, you’ve been more places than I have! I am a self-professed home body, so I rarely travel. As a result, my dogs are pretty home-bound, too. But, we all make exceptions for Blog Paws! Hoping to bring both dogs this year.
Jean from Welcome to the Menagerie
Mom has traveled her whole life, so she loves to stay home these days, but when she travels she tried to take the car and us girls along for company. It is fun going new places.
Whoa! You do get around, Emma. Iβve been to 5 cities in my state. Does that count?
For a kitty, that is pretty good. My kitties haven’t been much of anywhere either.
great world challenge photo
Thank you. I feel it suits me.
Love the picture.
Thank you.
