My GBGV Life received the Hot Dog Collars products in this post to review. My GBGV Life receives no additional benefits for barking about Hot Dog Collars products or the company. I was recently contacted by Hot Dog Collars to review a few of their products. I received a personalized collar, ID tag holder, and a leash. Don’t think they only have collars because of their company name. Hot Dog Collars has all kinds of fun accessories for dogs, such as toys, beds, bowls, and much more! Not only is Hot Dog Collars a worldwide leader in online pet accessories, their mission of “happy dogs and happy owners” carries on through their new RUFF (Rescue Us For Freedom) program. When my package arrived, I found three plush squeaky stuffed toys from their product selection. I think I had mentioned there are three of us dogs at my house and the toys were a bonus. The squeaker toys were perfect for my in house toy tester, Bailie.
Halloween was just days away, and Bailie seemed to know that meant it was time to test the Halloween stuffies! We couldn’t get a shot of her with the Frankenstein toy, but she loved running around with the Boo Squeaker toy!
Have you heard the story of the three little pigs? How they huffed, and puffed? I think we caught Bailie and squeaky pig in one of the big huffs! There appeared to be a strong wind in the living room at the time this photo was taken! No matter what the weather conditions were, Bailie is truly enjoying her new squeaky toys!
For a collar, I chose the Personalized Fall Leaves Dog Collar. My sisters and I often share collars, so getting one personalized with only my name on it would limit it to only being worn by me. I decided to personalize it with GBGV so Bailie and I could both wear it.
I love the way it came out! The colors are great, the GBGV is really easy to read, the material is nice and sturdy too! This collar will look great on me and on Bailie, but personally, I think it looks best on me!
For the leash, I opted for the Checkerboard Braided Rope Leash, 48 inches long from Yellow Dog Design.
Mom likes to change our collars every two to four weeks, which means we have to switch the tags over each time too. We have heard about clips for tags, but never tried one which is why I ordered the Rubit CURVE Dog Tag Clip.
I switched my tags over to the Rubit clip and clipped it on my new collar. It works like a charm and I think it looks great too! No more breaking fingernails trying to switch my tags over. (My tags are not from Hot Dog Collars)
Now I have a new collar, a new tag clip and a leash, time to put the package together! Looking good and ready for a walk! Hot Dog Collars has so many fun accessories for dogs, it is really hard to choose only a few items. What products to you think your dogs would like best? Would you go with a personalized collar?
