Have you wanted to catch your own pet in action, when you are away from home or in another part of the house? Well, that is exactly what I’m doing here on my phone. My cat bro Bert is the naughtiest cat I know of, and I am going to get his naughtiness on tape! My Vimtag monitoring camera is the ideal device to catch any pet in action!
You may remember back in December I caught Bailie and cat bro Bert doing some naughty stuff using my Vimtag camera. Not surprising, Bert is still up to a lot of naughtiness, including stealing dog food right out of our food bowls when Mom leaves the kitchen!
Bert is not shy, which means he has no trouble committing his crime right in front of my photographer! Seriously, the cat shouldn’t be on the counter, let alone stealing dog food! Sheesh!
I’ve had enough of his antics! I’m setting up my Vimtag camera so I can keep an eye on this ruthless cat! This camera is great! Just to remind you of a few of the fantastic features:
- Recording is in HD video quality (1280 x 720px), micro SD card not included
- Vimtag can take still shots or record video
- It has a motion detection alarm notification feature
- Monitoring can take place from anywhere in the world as long as the camera is online and your device has an internet connection
- The camera can be panned and tilted from your remote location (320 Degree x 120 degree range)
- There is a two way microphone which can also be used remotely
- Darkness is not a problem with the 12 Infrared LEDs for night vision up to 10 meters
Bert got wind of my plan and tried to schmooze with the Vimtag to stay on the good side, but it is my Vimtag, and it only listens to me!
I love that I can get the free app on my Android or Iphone so I can monitor what is going on in front of my Vimtag camera from anywhere in the world as long as there is internet!
There is also a free app for tablets and computers so I can keep an eye on what’s happening in front of my Vimtag camera from those devices too. It is ideal that I can pan around, and see where exactly that naughty cat is hanging out.
You may remember I caught Bailie shredding my bed and jumping on furniture with my Vimtag! She was so busted! This silly cat has no idea of the trouble he is in when I finish collecting evidence of his bad behavior for my mom. If you don’t want to catch a pet in action, the Vimtag is also useful to monitor young children or the elderly, but I think pets are more fun!
Now for the best news of the day! I am giving away one Vimtag VT-361, the same camera I have, to one lucky winner. The Vimtag is valued at about $100! The winner will receive a code to order the camera from Amazon.com, but shipping will be the responsibility of the winner. Do you know your pets? Are they as well behaved as you think they are when you are not home? You may be surprised! To enter, simply fill out the giveaway widget below.
