While I was at the spa the other day, my monthly review package from Chewy.com arrived. Bailie has been dreaming of doing a review all by herself for a long time, and decided this would be the time.
You may recall, Bailie is our “purple girl”. She was the puppy with the purple ribbon in her litter of fourteen, and she has lots of purple things here at home. This month I ordered the Natural Balance Venison Lung Bites from Natural Balance to review. It was perfect for Bailie since the package is purple, and she loves the Wild Pursuit line of products from Natural Balance.
She couldn’t believe she had her paws on this bag of treats. They are made from 100% New Zealand Dehydrated Venison Lung. There are no artificial colors or preservatives. They are also grain and gluten free.
Have a look at the pieces that just fall right out of the bag! They are rich in protein and amazingly have eight or less calories per piece. No worries…if your mom is stingy, the pieces can be broken into even smaller pieces!
Bailie was so excited to do the taste testing! The pieces are all about one inch by one inch in size which is just right for a “bite”. Even with a few flakes of snow on them, they were super yummy!
The only problem was not being allowed to eat the entire bag. The photographer told Bailie she had to save some for me when I got home from the spa, and Katie would like some too. Bailie’s tongue tells the tale…they are delicious!
Don’t just sit there. Run along and order up your pup some of the Venison Lung Bites from Chewy.com. While you are there, why not order your food too? We have been ordering all our dog and cat food for well over a year now. We eat two brands of kibble, one of them is Wild Pursuit but we do order both brands from Chewy.com. They provide speedy, and friendly service, and if your order is over $49, shipping is FREE!
Disclosure: I received one bag of Natural Balance Wild Pursuit Venison Lung Bites from Chewy.com to review. I did not receive any monetary compensation for this review and I receive no additional benefits for barking about the product or the company. The opinions in this review are my own honest opinions.
Today I’m joining in the Chewy.com Blog Hop hosted by my friends, Sugar and Oz. Click on the other blogs in the hop to read their reviews of various Chewy.com products this month!
These looks yummy!!! It’s a great thing Bailie is the purple, she could be the new Vikings mascot! By the way Bailie, great tongue out picture! π
She would be a great cheerleader/mascot for the team in the new stadium!
I like purple, too, Bailie! Those treats look and sound especially yummy
They are very good and light too!
Anything from Chewy.com is delicious! But where do they get venison in New Zealand?
Sadly, we were not invited to New Zealand to find out! No clue, but it is yummy!
those are such yummy treats – anything venison is our favorite too
We love it too and don’t have it that often which makes it more special.
When Jack’s tummy is better, we just might have to get some of these!
We sure hope he feels better soon. Poor guy. Tummy issues are never good.
I love that lamb lungs!!! and with some snow flakes I bet they taste like that little snacks they offer at all vip-pawties :o)
Any dehydrated lungs are good in my book!
Congratulations Baile! You did a great review for your first time all by yourself, but you did have a great product to try out too! Love Dolly
She did pick a good one and having it coincidentally be in a purple package makes it perfect.
Yummy!!
Lily & Edward
Very yummy!
Good work Bailie! These look pretty good. We always appreciate when you review something that is in our limited ingredient diet–since I am allergic to chicken (but I really love chicken!!) Mom will put these on our chewy.com list! have a great day Bailie — your doodle friend Dash (tell Emma to come back soon!)
Emma always has her mug here, so enjoy the break with my cuteness π We like getting different “animals” now and then too. It keeps the taste buds interested! Thankfully, we don’t have any diet issues.
Yummy for the tummy! You did a great job, Bailie, and your pictures were lovely. Say hi to Emma for me. XOXO Sparkle the PBGV
Emma wasn’t so thrilled that I just up and did the review without her knowledge, but she will get over it. She totally hogs her own blog most of the time. I figure our friends enjoy another GBGV face now and then.
Another exhausting day of work for the Treat Testersβ’. Good job!
It sure was exhausting, but these venison lungs really kept Bailie going! I like that trademark idea…wonder if I could afford to buy it?
You did a great solo review sweet Bailie and we’re glad to hear you had a love of the yum!
Oh she sure did enjoy herself with those treats. Luckily there were some left for me.
Bailie did a great review, I hope she did save some treats for you and Katie!!

Under protest she did. They are yummy.
Oh I know my huskies would just love these!
α¦ husky hugz α¦ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
We love the Wild Pursuit line of food and treats. All good stuff.
Now THIS is what we have been Barkin About… We have heard such FABULOUS thingys about these Lung Treats… and they are SO easy to Order from CHEWY.COM … and arrive in the Flick of a Squirrels Tail…
THANKS fur telling us how GOOD they are and even GOOD FUR US!
They are awesome and good for us. They are super light and low cal too!
Lung bites keep showing up on my radar lately. Sooner or later I’ll have to give in and give them a shot.
My sisters and I highly recommend them. You must have a good radar!
We tried the lamb lung bites and they were great too!
Millie & Walter
I bet they are just as good. We love something other than chicken or beef too!
Emma, You are lucky there were any lung bites left! Those sound delicious. Bailie did a great job, maybe I should let Pierre take a review by himself so I can have the day off. A spa treatment sounds relaxing. β₯
I hate to leave my blog in the paws of another, especially a teenager, but she did good. We Chief Blogging Officers need time off now and then, right Bentley?
Bailie looks very happy to be doing this review! She did a really great job of showing how yummy those treats must be.
She was having a blast I heard. She was basically an only dog since I was gone, and Katie was inside sleeping.
Great review Bailie. Those look and sound yummy and to think if I would just take the time I could make my own with the deer we harvest each year but it’s much easier to buy a nice product like this.
Oh my, we couldn’t make our own, but being a hunter, I guess you could. These are so easy to order, I suggest just buying them.
We got those too – dey wuz tasty!
They are wonderful!
The girls really liked those, too! π
I’m using some of them for tracking rewards. So tasty!
Those look super yummy!
They are real tasty and healthy.
Yanno, we bet we’d like it too (does Bert ever try to steal one?). But our mom is so squeamish she went “EWW” when she saw “lung”. Silly human! MOL!
Does Bert try to steal them? Of course he does, and he loves them too!
Please tell Bailie that she did a fabulous job on her review. I know the hardest part was saving some for her sisters. π
She did do really well, and it was pretty evident she had a fun time!
Bailey – you did a DOODLEtastic job with this review.
She had quite the fun time while I was at the spa!
