Don’t let Easter sneak up on you this year. It may seem early to talk about it, as we haven’t had St. Patrick’s Day yet, but if you aren’t ready, you will be too late! Before you know it, March 27th, and Easter will be on top of you! Last year I planned a fancy Easter Brunch for me and my sisters which was a huge success!
As with all holidays, one of my favorite things is the food. What will be in your dog’s Easter basket this year? I highly suggest some Merrick Easter Brunchβ’ Seasonal Recipe!
I don’t want Easter to sneak up on me, only to realize I don’t have any Easter Brunch, so I set out to find some on my own.
Let me tell you, Merrick Easter Brunch is definitely worthy of a big tongue out! Hopefully you will be able to locate many cans of this tasty meal in your area! Easter Brunch is grain free and made with deboned duck, chicken broth, cornish hen, and sweet potatoes.
Meanwhile, back at the bunny hutch, I was busy guarding my Easter basket.
My bunny in training showed up to help me out with some more tasting work. Of course, Bailie, aka purple girl, had to wear her purple ears.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, we were allowed to serve up a can of Easter brunch for a taste test! There is no time to remove your ears when tasting, simply dig right in!
Bailie is a real fast eater, which means while I savor the rest of my portion, she cleans out the can so it is ready for the recycling bin. Trust me! With a meal this good, you don’t want to waste a single drop!
Remember not to let Easter sneak up on you and your #BestDogEver! Get out there and hunt down some Merrick Easter Brunch before it’s too late. It is a limited edition!

Easter brunch – now that sounds tasty π
It is, even before Easter.
Good job being prepared and getting brunch all sniffed out ahead of time, Emma! Thanks for the reminder too…we’re pretty preoccupied with moving, but we’ll have to add this to our shopping list for after we get settled in!
The dogs will need some good meals after all the work of moving!
You are both pretty cute with your wabbit ears on.
A couple of PlayDog bunnies π
Easter Brunch…yummy! I must send the mom out on an Easter Brunch hunt. XOXO Sparkle
Get her going before they sell out! It’s good stuff.
I had to google easter just the other day. That looks like a yummy brunch too.
It is real early this year, so I think it is being a bit forgotten.
That first photo is too sweet. I guess Easter is the one day you guys make peace with rabbits? Eko and Penny would love to sneak up on that plushie…
Mom says no wabbit hunting during lent. I guess we have to give up something and that is it, so the day after Easter, look out!
Hot diggity, awesome post!
Some bunny looks very cute in their wabbit ears. β₯ I think we would love some Merrick in our basket too.
Bailie and I are the PlayDog bunnies π
No way you were going to miss that scent! Great post, Emma! And you’re right.. Easter is going to sneak up on us!
Poor Easter is being overlooked this year, but I hope dogs still get a good Easter Brunch.
Oh boy! We never got Easter stuff like that
Lily & Edward
Time to file a complaint! LOL!
We do SO love ourselves some Merrick patΓ©, we do! But our howliday is a bit later than yours – however, we’re totally down with a dress rehearsal taste-test – ANY time!
I always say celebrate every howliday you can get your paws on! Life is short, enjoy!
I love the bunny ear pictures!
Thank you π
Easter looks very eggciting!!!
It is. Cat bro Bert has been trying to steal some of the Easter Brunch food too.
It’s always best to be prepared! I’m looking forward to Easter!
You are so correct. We are always prepared too.
OMD….Thanks so much for the important and delicious reminder!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
You are welcome. Better get some ordered in asap!
Those photos are so adorable!! I love that your mom put the cans of Merrick in the Easter Eggs! Such a neat idea! Great post, Emma!
Thank you. She had the idea in her head, and then by accident found the eggs at the dollar store – score! They are perfect.
Those pictures are SO CUTE. I can’t wait to take pictures of my little guy all dressed up in his bunny ears π
Even though we are wabbit hunters, we love to wear our fuzzy ears.
Looks like you have a great Easter meal planned.
Easter Brunch is super tasty.
I remember your delightful Easter brunch last year! This year I am going to try some Merrick Easter Brunch for sure! These photos are really beautiful, great job!
Love & Biscuits,
Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
Thank you. Last year was a fabulous brunch party. Now with Katie not really able to sit at the table with us, I decided to change it up a bit, but we will all have it in our bowls on Easter!
Shadow likes the Easter Brunch recipe, too, Emma!! And I like it for her because it has very little chicken meat (if any) in it to aggravate her reflux. (And she seems to like it better than the mostly turkey recipes.) I have to go buy more of the Easter Brunch recipe before Petco runs out of it.
Good idea. It is tough to find food without chicken. We occasionally check labels and it seems those chickens get into every can! Luckily we can eat chicken.
PS. Your Mom might want to check the comment form. Twice now – this will probably be the 3rd time – I’ve gotten a message: “This form is not secure. Do you still want to submit?” I’ve been saying yes because I’ve gotten the same message from other blogs and haven’t had any problems. But I’m on my iPhone, not the Windows laptop. I don’t know that I’d be as brave with my persnickety laptop.
We are not sure what is going on. Some other bloggers are getting weird messages on their comment forms. I’m waiting to hear back from Jetpack.
Good luck! Hope it resolves itself quickly!
That stuff looks nose licking good, Emma.
P.S. Still getting that pesky unsecured message, too. π
It is super tasty. I don’t know what to do since you are the only one I’m hearing is getting it. Very frustrating.
Yeah, we did see tinkering a bit ago, hopefully settings have been squared away. Fingers & paws crossed. Thanks as always, Emma & Joy!
my gang would love that in their easter basket.
You would need a big basket too for all those pups!
