The Comfortable And Stylish Molly Mutt Bed

I recently received my Molly Mutt® Bed Pillow Pack Kit to try out. The kit consists of a duvet cover, a pillow pack and a stuff sack. I couldn’t wait to get going and put my new bed together!

Molly Mutt was actually created by a woman named Molly! She was tired of hauling big dog beds to the laundry all the time, so she decided to make some duvet covers. All the Molly Mutt products are designed to be stylish as well as to help make you and your dog’s life easy and comfortable!

I headed off to the Molly Mutt website to choose the fabrics for my Pillow Pack Kit. They have so many pretty designs to choose from, it was tough to pick. I decided to go with the “your hand in mine” fabric as it matches our bedroom pretty well.

The bed is easy to assemble. First I stuffed the pillow pack using towels. Next I got the stuff sack out and decided not to stuff it with clothes, but to use old pillows instead. I then unzipped the duvet cover, inserted the stuff sack, added and Velcro attached the pillow pack to the bed and I was ready to test it out!

What is one of your dogs favorite scents? It is you, of course! This is one reason why this bed is so loved by us dogs! You simply stuff articles of clothing, towels, old pillows, anything that smells like you into the stuff sack and when we lie on the bed to sleep, we can smell you.

The duvet and pillow are washable, as is the stuff sack. You can actually take the entire stuff sack full of stuff and stick it into the washer when it needs to be freshened up! We chose pillows rather than clothing as my bed is a large and Mom didn’t have enough “extra” clothing to make a cushy mattress for me.

I felt at home and dozed off right away after we got my Molly Mutt bed put together.

In the event you have a pup who has “accidents” in bed sometimes, Molly Mutt offers a water resistant liner for your stuff. You can just take the duvet off, wash it, and you are ready to use the bed again. They also have outdoor beds, crate covers, and other fun accessories!
