About a month ago I posted about the new line of Bravo® Canine Cafe™ Dinners. It is our first experience trying Bravo food and we are trying it out for two months. I started by trying the Canine Cafe Dinners, and today I’m testing out the Canine Cafe Fricassee Dinners.
The Canine Cafe Dinners won the 2015 Pet Industry Recognition Award for canned dog food, so I know it is good stuff! Bravo is a family-owned business located in Manchester, Connecticut with a focus on super-premium nutrition! They currently have over 125 products for dogs and cats. Even if you don’t have a dog, they have a line of Feline Cafe™ Dinners!
The Canine Cafe Dinners come in six varieties. We opted not to get the two with chicken, so I can’t tell you how those taste. There are three Dinner, and three Fricassee varieties. All of the varieties are grain and gluten free, and are nutritionally complete and balanced to nourish pets of all life stages.
Today I’ll be testing out the Beef Fricassee and Turkey Fricassee Dinners. Every meal has real meat or poultry as the first ingredient, and they are fortified with cranberries, garden greens, salmon oil, green lipped mussels, and turmeric. There are never any artificial or questionable ingredients!
Have a good look at the Beef Fricassee! These meals are more of a stew consistency which works well for us since we use them as a topper or mixer with our kibble. You can see the pieces of meat and vegetables in the can! Each can has about 322 calories. With three of us, we divide up the can between our bowls and reduce the kibble accordingly.
For my review today, I’m going with Beef Fricassee straight up! Even before the can is opened all the way, I can smell the goodness and taste it in the air! It is very tasty indeed!
It’s my super lucky day as I get to taste the Turkey Fricassee next, and in the middle of the day! The biggest difference I noticed between the beef and turkey varieties is that the beef was shredded, and the turkey was cut into tiny chunks. The Turkey Fricassee has about 333 calories per can.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Turkey Fricassee as well. You know, I can honestly say, I love all four varieties of Bravo Canine Cafe Dinners I have received! My sisters also agree it is very delicious despite being very healthy for us!
Picnic season is upon us, and I highly suggest packing your picnic basket full of Bravo Canine Cafe Dinners. They are perfect for eating on the road! There is no need for a can opener as each can has a pull open top. In about one more month, I will wrap up our two month taste test and let you know how we feel about this food after eating it with our kibble for a full two months.
In the meantime, I’m giving one lucky reader a case of Bravo Canine Cafe Dinners! We are talking twelve cans of goodness! To enter, simply fill out the widget below or click here if widget isn’t working! Trust me, once your dog tries it, there will be no going back, and you will be thrilled with the awesome nutritional value! You can use it as an entire meal, or like we do, as a topper on your regular kibble. There is only one word for these canned meals, “Bravo”.

OMD! I am drooling all over Mom’s keyboard again. Those sound delish and I would love to try the rabbit. Yummmmm! I’d share a picnic basket with you any time. ♥ Bentley
They are all really good, but I’m partial to the wabbit flavor myself too.

Schooner & Skipper decided that they would like to try the the rabbit, pork, liver dinner. It sounds Yummy!
I love them all, but that one is my favorite too.
Wow, they all sound so great, and doesn’t a picnic look fun! Since we use it as a topper like you do, I think we’d try the fricassee as well, and turkey is the favorite around here.
It does make a good topper with the nice gravy for mixing it in.
Those look great! We’re interested in the turkey. We can’t seem to get enough of the stuff!
Jean from Welcome to the Menagerie
For a moment there, I thought it was Thanksgiving because everyone wants turkey! Turkey Fricassee is real tasty with the nice gravy.

Hard to believe healthy can taste so good! Even me, the one who isn’t into veggies loves it!
From the looks of things I don’t think they could have picked a better name!
Bravo! You got that right!
These do look super tasty, Emma! Looks like this picnic was a big success!
They are awesome, but you will need someone to help carry the picnic basket as it is a bit heavy with all the cans in it.
I think my dogs would love all the varieties!
I honestly can’t imagine any dog not liking these awesome dinners.
i like the Turkey Fricassee, however, my 3 gals would eat any of them. i like the rabbit, but not a fan of pork. i also like the other Bravo products, the raw and freeze dried.
They have a wonderful product line. We aren’t raw feeders yet, so we are sticking to the Canine Cafe Dinners for now, but I know from my friends, the raw is also wonderful.
If you’re licking your chops in public- it’s got to be tasty!
Bailie always has her tongue going, but I reserve mine for extraordinary things.
Mmm, did someone say beef, turkey & liver? Oh yum. 🙂
I believe so, but I heard rabbit even louder!
I believe my dogs would enjoy the 95% Chicken & Liver variety.

Mr. N would like to take a page out of your book and try the rabbit!
He will be hopping around in delight if he wins!

I have 4 dogs and would love to win some food. I believe my dogs would love the beef ones, as some of them can’t have anything poultry
They are all so good, you can’t go wrong!
The Chicken flavored one, yum!
Our dingo, Joey, hasn’t tried rabbit before so I think I would choose the Rabbit, Pork & Liver flavor for him, he has tried the others and really likes them but I think the rabbit would be a treat. Awesome giveaway!
The rabbit is my favorite!
anything chicken we loveee!
We just got chicken delivered today. Can’t wait to try it out.
Nala and Cody haven’t tried Bravo canned food but have tried the homestyle dehydrated Bravo food and loved it so I am sure they would love the canned and both varieties look fatastic. The Beef Fricassee and the Canine Caf 95% Beef, Turkey & Liver Dinner would probably be the biggest hits.
So far we all them them all. We haven’t tried the dehydrated food but have heard a lot about it.
Yum! Would love to try the beef friacassee!
Good stuff!
