Bailie here on the blog today, and I’m craving a chicken dinner. Mom and Emma are out and about, which means I need to whip one up myself. I’ve never made a chicken dinner before and am not sure where to start.
Whew, this celery stuff smells weird. I really don’t have any clue how to make a good wholesome chicken dinner. I wonder what I should do because I’m really hungry? I only know how to make some desserts, not dinners.
Oh my dog! The prayers of this #bestdogever have been answered! Out of nowhere cans of Merrick Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner appeared before my eyes! What a lucky dog I am!
Now that I don’t have to cook, I can set up a nice table for my limited edition, grain free, healthy dinner. I like to go all out when I’m home alone. It makes me feel better.
I’m getting tired of waiting to dig into this food. It sounds so good and I’m a hungry girl. I’m ready for dinner! I have to hurry before cat bro Bert wakes up and tries to steal from me!
Take a peek into this can of deliciousness! Do you see the wholesome goodness? Did I mention this is a Limited Edition, Seasonal Recipe? I suggest you stock up soon while Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner is still available.
Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner is made with big chunks of chicken, peas, carrots, all in a tasty gravy!
This meal is so good, my manners totally fell apart, and my napkin even started falling off my neck! I couldn’t gobble my meal down fast enough! I love this!
There is absolutely no doubt! If you are craving a Chicken Dinner, this one is a definite winner!
Toss out your chef outfit, and simply open a can of Merrick Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner. Trust me, your dog will thank you! Why bother cooking when a pre made meal is this good?
Don’t forget about the other three Seasonal Recipes we have reviewed!

We love Merrick and chicken is always a winner, winner for our dinner!
They make such good foods. We are even going to try their Backcountry for my kitty sis Sophie!
we will pass on that one – having a poultry allergy limits what we can have
That is definitely a bummer as poultry is in so many foods and treats.
Oh…yum, Baillie! I love Merrick canned dinners. Thanks for letting me know about this chicken dinner. I will tell the mom to buy me some. You look so darn cute and authentic in your baking garb. XOXO Sparkle
I can bake and cook with the best of them…or at least look like I can. Emma is the real chef in the family, but I may improve. Hope you find some chicken dinner!
Bailie! This is adorable. you look great! I think you should start a spin off blog. Bailie’s Bits … Barking with Bailie … Bailie and Bert!!! Don’t tell Emma I said this, you know us little sisters have to stick together. Your doodle friend Lilly
If Mom had the time, cat bro Bert would have his own blog for sure and Bailie would make many appearances. For now, Bailie is taking on some more responsibility on my blog. Now with only two of us the work load has increased and Bailie is old enough to put some more work into my empire ๐
Great job, Bailie!! Merrick has such a great variety of wholesome (and delicious) dinners to choose from!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
They sure do. Tons of good stuff to eat our way through.
Bailie, you might have starved while you waited for a homemade chicken dinner to cook, so it’s a good thing you found these Merrick canned dinners!
PS….you don’t have to worry about manners when no one is home to see you! ๐
Whew! Thanks for that tip on the manners. I guess I need to learn to cook a meal, but in the meantime, I have good healthy food.
Schooner and Skipper love the Star Spangled Supper and Hot Off The Grill. Yummy Yummy! I need to get them some Chicken Dinner and Texas State Fair Stew to try!
It’s so fun to try the new recipes every season, isn’t it? We love them all!
Chicken is always a popular choice around these parts too!
Cats seem to love chicken a lot.
You are stocked up, B. That looks yummy! Winner, winner!
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Lucky for us, Mom always likes to have extra of everything in the house on hand, so we will never run short.
Winner Winner! Chicken dinner!
If I was a kitty I would purrrrr…
Ooh, chicken, did someone say chicken? Yum-may!
~Your fur-iend,
Sam
Don’t be chicken…you can say it out loud ๐
Winner winner for sure, nice job bailie
A definite winner!
Oh Bailie, you’re so cute in your chef’s hat!
I want Bailie to contribute more to the blog, but I have to be careful she doesn’t steal the show!
That looks delicious, Bailie. Try not to look quite so cute, so that Emma doesn’t get worried about you taking over.
It’s okay. Now that it is just the two of us, she needs to put in some more work.
For a second I thought you were really going to cook a chicken and I was going to tell you that dogs everywhere eat it raw. ๐
Glad you found a food that’s as good as home cooked.
I don’t think my mom would let us eat raw chicken, no matter what people say. Beef sure, but chicken, I doubt it. Thank dog Bailie found the pre made meals.
I just LOVE when you are in the kitchen! So adorable! ๐ What a cute name for a dog food! ๐ We wanna try it too! <3
Canine chefs are the best!
Bailey you are a hot mess! I thought you were really going to whip something up #yougotme Loved your post!
I’m only three, and haven’t mastered cooking on my own yet, but I was going to give it a whirl.
i like the Merrick canned foods. i keep some in the cabinet when the girls need soft food after having dental surgery or getting their teeth cleaned.
We like to mix it in with dry kibble for some variety, and Bailie likes it frozen in her Kongs.
