Big deal? What do you mean, Mom? Don’t get me wrong, I love my mom, but…she says I have a big ego. She found this sign and bought it for me. I find it a bit rude of her, but she says it fits me to a “t”. Really? I just don’t know about this.

Oh, Emma, nothing rude about it…your big ego just means you’re self-confident and like to do things yourself that some other dogs might want their human to do for them. And that’s a great trait! My sweet GoldenAngel Callie was like that. And she taught Shadow to be more self-confident, too. We all love you just the way you are Emma…big ego and all!
I do like to be in charge and always act like I’m the Queen. I guess I do have an ego, and my mom is right.

At competitions, I’m well known because of my “position” of calmness in the back of the car the entire day, but when my number is up, I strut around like the best nose work dog in the world. People find me amusing, but I am just a confident girl.
