A proper Christmas Day Dinner is important. Being from England, I’m all about being proper! I’m hosting dinner for my sisters and will start the process by decorating the table in a festive fashion! A fancy table cloth, Christmas dishes, and the meal on a silver platter are all part of my plan!

Now that the table has been set, we can get to the good part – Merrick Christmas Day Dinner! I just know it will be a tasty meal as I have never not liked anything from Merrick I have tried!
In order to be a hostess with the mostest, you always have to taste the meal before serving it to your guests. It is one of my favorite parts about working in the kitchen!
Seriously, what is not to like? Christmas Day Dinner is a grain free, limited edition, seasonal recipe from Merrick! The delicious holiday meal is made with chicken, duck, sweet potatoes, and peas, all in a tasty gravy! You can see the goodness right on the plate!
Bailie and Madison couldn’t wait to let their taste buds attack this meal either. We all just love it!
My sisters were both enjoying their meals at the table. It was so tasty, they barely took time to come up for air while eating!
Then, Bailie put her paws up on the table so she could really wolf down her meal. See how Madison looks at her with a bit of shock? Bailie will always be the wild child, and I don’t think Madison will copy everything.
Little Madison has her tongue out for this super yummy meal. She really enjoys eating Merrick wet and dry food! Being a puppy she is a bit messy and always ends up with her food all around her plate.
Bailie says it best with her big long tongue out! Don’t delay! Christmas is just over a week away! Make sure your dog has a proper Christmas Day Dinner!
I am going to Petco today to be groomed for my appearance at the “Meet the Breed” at the big Orlando dog show. I will instruct the mom to buy me some of the Christmas Day Dinner because we love Merrick food here too! Beautiful table until Bailie put her paws on it, and Madison spilled her food on it! XOXO, Sparkle
I know! The youngsters! I need to get them into a manners class! Have fun at Meet the Breed. I’m sure you will look gorgeous!
you are the bestest host ever Emma… and I will try the trick to arrange the meal on the plate with my tongue… bet all guests will be impressed ;O)))
I think Madison is trying that, but it keeps jumping off the plate!
That’s a beautifully set table Emma. You guys need Christmas crackers, and to wear the paper hats. Since we are English too, that is always the tradition. The food looks yummy as well.
Thank you. I like the Christmas crackers idea, but not sure about the paper hats!
It looks like you really know how to throw a dinner party. I’m sorry your sisters are so uncouth with paws on the table and messes around their plates π I’m sure that one day they’ll learn to appreciate your properness.
It is kind of a sign of how they live. Wild and crazy with no regard for being proper ladies!
OMD OMD All that GOOD TASTE and Nutrition… and the Cans were Served to you Ladies on a SOLID SILVER Platter….
Only the best around here for us girls!
Emma, you’re the “Hostess With the Mostest”. Even Ethel Merman would admit that.
(For those too young, she was in the movie and is still one of her hits.)
My mom has heard of her. We often talk about hostess with the mostest around here!
Not sure what to think about the fact your dogs leave the table cleaner than I do after a meal.
Oh goodness. I thought they made a dreadful mess!
You are so good to your sisters, Emma! They both look like they enjoyed their special Christmas meal very much!
No question, they loved it!
What a lovely table setting and a delicious meal too! You are winning at Christmas β₯
One has to have the proper setting for a holiday meal! Come on over…we have enough!
Dang, that looks good enough to eat! Oh, wait, of course it is!
Cat bro Bert gives it the paw of approval.
That food looks delicious!
It is very tasty!
We know if it’s Merrick, it will definitely be delicious!!
Smileys!
Dory
Merrick is always yummy and healthy!
We love Merrick too! What a wonderful job you did setting the Christmas table! This is an award winning post!! Love it!
Thank you. I like to do it up right, even when I’m not cooking and just serving.
Mom serves Merrick every day at our table and that makes us very happy! There are never any crumbs or pieces left over with us.
Your fur-iends,
Sam & Elsa
We have it every day too and love it, but we don’t have this on every day!
Looks like everyone is enjoying a Christmas Day dinner. It is obviously delicious:)
We always love anything Merrick puts out!
That looks like a very fancy and yummy dinner.
It is very tasty!
Everyone loved the dinner and I don’t blame them. Did Bert get the shaft.
I think he was locked in the basement!
