Are you ready for New Years 2016? We are not real big on the celebration part. I know I enjoy going to bed early as I do every night, and I figure I will again this year.
My little sisters? Well, they may try to stay up and get their wild pants on. From their expressions in their photo, I would say they are up to something. Mom and I have no time for that, so if they want to stay up, they are on their own. We love getting up early on New Years Day and going for a long walk, and this year will be no exception. Do you have any fun things you do on New Years?
As one last send off from 2016, I put together twelve photos, one from each month of the year. January is in the top left, and December is the bottom right. There is no particular reason for most of the photos, just photos we took in the particular month. We have so many photos, we couldn’t possibly put them all on the blog, so I just chose a few.
As always, we will probably be on social media over the weekend, but not on the blog. Celebrate, have fun, stay safe, don’t drink from the toilet bowl and drive!

Happy New Year! We will be at the cabin and I may try to stay up, but I stayed up way late last night watching Michigan loose in the Orange Bowl. I kept trying to go to bed and then they would get close so I stayed up well past my bed time. All for nada. Phooey. lol
