We’re more Spring, Fall, Winter lovers at our house. Summer is too hot. Yes, we whine a lot in the summer.
Since the 21st, we are headed for winter and counting the days…not summer fans here, but it has been nice and cool lately which we like. Someone could come and remove the bugs, though.
Where is our swimming pool??? Mom promised us one this summer and she hasn’t gotten it yet. Chablis doens’t care, but I want my water!!! this drinking out of the hose is boring
We’ve had ours out a few times, but now it is cooler and we don’t need it.

It’s been great cool summer weather for us.
It is indeed, Emma! We love summer when it first comes, but by the end of it we’ll be tired of the heat and longing for autumn. Right now it’s been pretty cool though, so the sunshine has been very enjoyable!

I hope you took time to smell those flowers! We have finally found our summer rain here in Florida and a leak in the roof right over my mommy’s and my bed! We are dealing with it okay. 🙂 Oh, I need to tell you when Lyla (my Boston terrier sister) ran away last week she spent the night with a Pomeranian and his family. The little hussy slept right in bed with them! XOXO Sparkle
Oh my, a trader in your pack! Thank dog she got back home! So do you sleep with a bucket in your bed? No fun getting a bath while a girl sleeps, but if you really need the rain I guess you will deal with it.

We are not big summer fans…I guess that is why we live up north, but it has been cool so we don’t mind it too much.
Hustling toward autumn which can’t come soon enough for us!
We are always happy the first day of summer because it means we are headed to winter, our favorite time of year!
My dog loves the summer just because of the frozen treats I make her every year! She could do without the heat outside when we go out though.
We don’t care much for summer here, winter is more fun, but we make it through.
