Meet the nosiest hound around town! It is no longer me, but Madison. She prefers to stand so she can race to the door if she sees something suspicious! I’d say she spends hours looking out the window with occasional barks, growls, and howls. No one will sneak past this little watch dog!
Today, Iβm joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop sponsored by BlogPaws! Donβt forget to stop by and visit some new blogs for fun!
Madison my youngest is the loudest too
She likes to always be in the thick of things.
oh we would make a good neighborhood watching team… I do that too… and the staff gave me the nickname jean-noel… like our curious magpie-neighbor LOL
Nothing gets past little Madison. Very in everyone’s business.
They keep me out of the living room, but I bark my head off outside anyway, patrolling for squirrels and chipmunks and ghosts.
ELbe
We don’t bark much but love to howl. A group howl is always real nice.
It looks like Madison takes her job very seriously. Guess you can retire if you want now, Emma, or at least cut back to part-time. π
I’ve pretty much cut back to almost no neighborhood watch unless I am home alone, then it is full alert.
She is protecting the family.
She thinks she scares folks off, but little does she know she is too cute to scare anyone!
We love to sit on the big bed and survey our domain!! Good job Madison!

Jakey, Arty & Baby Rosy
She wears herself out with all that neighborhood watching stuff!
Dakota’s right with her!
It’s an important job!
So cute! It’s good to have a great security system! π (I’m glad we don’t have windows that Rita can see out of on the front side of our house (they’re all too high up) or she’d be on alert/barking all the time I bet!)
We are working on having Madison cut back on her howling, but she seems to enjoy it so much, it is tough.
Pierre is our resident “Gladys Cravits” and doesn’t let anything get past him. That picture is adorable.
Madison is our Gladys, and I don’t have to be anymore!
Good work Madison! And, mom says to tell you that you have one of the cutest bummies ever! I am so embarrassed she said that! This post made us all smile. have a good day, your doodle friend Dash
She swings that little behind around when she walks too…a little tease!
Madison is really something else! She makes me laugh with her adorable personality. I can see her manning the window, and alerting the household about all the neighborhood comings & goings. Such a cute photo!
Love & Biscuits,
Dogs Luv Us and We Luv Them
She is a super self confident outgoing little girl, and super funny too!
BOL!! I can totally relate!! Any tiny sound coming from the hallway/front door and I am there! I think Madison and I would make a great watchdog team!!
I think half the fun of watching for danger is getting the rest of us all riled up and howling together!
Perfect observation post, M! Good job!
Love and licks,
Cupcake
She loves to be on guard duty. Such a tough girl she is, LOL!
The neighborhood peeker! I love it.
She is always into the business of others and it is pretty funny!
Brinley is da nosiest one here – she’s always keepin watch.
One of us is always on guard, but usually it is Madison these days. It used to always be me.
Hahaha, she must have learned from you. Sampson used to be like that too, but I think he learned it from my mom. π
Madison does a lot of things I do, we are related since her dad is my half brother.
