I demand to travel in style, does your dog? Being a very fashion conscious hound, I’ve always thought it was sad that all the seat covers out there are boring black, grey or tan. My mom and I wondered why hasn’t someone made some “fun” seat covers for dogs? Now we have the answer!

If you haven’t already seen the Molly Mutt® car seat covers, you have to check them out! Molly Mutt has so many cute designs and they are not just for your home anymore! The car seat covers can be a seat cover, a hammock (what we prefer), or used as a cargo liner – three in one!
Molly Mutt offers six patterns to choose from and there is also a monogram option for an additional charge. I decided to go with the rocketman print. My sisters ride in the back seat most of the time and they can be real dirtballs. I figured this design would help hide some of their mess! The cover is a good size too, measuring 56″ x 56″.
The back side of the stylish covers are made with non-skid fabric and there are two seat anchors all to keep your cover in place! The headrest straps are also adjustable allowing you to make the car seat cover fit your vehicle perfectly!
Comfort is also important and I find this cover super comfy to sit on when I’m riding around in the car. The fabric is durable, yet soft and flexible.
One feature we appreciate is the split on the sides for the seat belt to fit through. Simply put the seat belt in the slot and Velcro it shut. You won’t loose your seat belt behind the cover ever!
The seat belt slots also come in handy! If you need to buckle in your dog, or if a human wants to ride along on the seat with the dog, you are set.
To really put this cover to the test, I let my sisters ride up north to nose work camp with it. I know it is dirty and muddy at camp, and it rained on the last day! My sisters got in and out of the car at least ten times each day because of being in the car between their searches. With all the getting in and out, half the forest ended up in the back seat of the car!
Bailie was fine with sitting on top of the dirt and mess. There was no point in removing the cover to shake it out because more dirt was on the way! Once they got home, they would need to clean off the car seat cover, but the seats underneath would be well protected!
Molly Mutt sure does know a lot about style and even traveling in style! You know they also make dog duvet covers, crate covers and more! Since I can’t decide on a favorite pattern, all my Molly Mutt products are a different design, but you could also go with one design for everything!

Wow!! We really like the cool patterns! Right now we just have boring grey, but Arty and Rosy really think the “rocketman” pattern would go better with their furs! What a cool new product!

We always seem to be making a mess. Mom has had seat covers for our vehicles for years and finally they are making fun ones.

I like the rocketman pattern.
I tried the hammock seat cover with Sampson and he just didn’t like it. I think it’s because he has always had the entire back for moving about. Have you always liked the hammock, or is it something you’ve adjusted to?
We all have worn a seat belt which limits our movement starting as small puppies, so moving around is not something we do in the car. We moved from the back of the SUV to the back seat of the car, but we don’t mind the hammock at all.
