We heard this Icelandic Proverb on TV the other day. It is made for me because I work slowly, but I do get the job done. Mom will have this in mind at my nose work trial on the weekend for sure!
Today, Iβm joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop sponsored by BlogPaws! Donβt forget to stop by and visit some new blogs for fun!
Good luck for the weekend Emma… have a great time! btw: we have a commercial from iceland (arla skyr) what says icelandic women need the cold to enjoy the warmth….eeeek…. glad we live in france lol
Well, winter does make us appreciate snuggle time and the fireplace a lot!
No reason to hurry, you’ll do fine!
Searches have a short time limit, but I like to use almost all the time because we pay a lot of money for trials and why only use a few seconds when I can search for a couple minutes?
We have a feeling this will definitely work for you….good luck this weekend, Emma!
Mom has no choice because if she tries to rush me, I quit. I’m in the driver’s seat in nose work!
Great quote! Have a great day.
It fits me perfectly!
Seems like a great plan.
It is the Emma plan. My sisters are much speedier, but they can also be careless and miss things that I find in my searches.

Oh yes, I likes that one!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Pretty good, isn’t it?
Slow and steady wins the race, am I right?!
Pretty much the same thing…and me.
Gorgeous!
Misha has never learned the whole “do it slowly” thing. Good luck over the weekend!
I get laughed at sometimes because I am so slow, but I can be fast if I am in the mood or a wabbit passes by.
I don’t do much slow (cept uhhh, learn to behave round cats!)
I love to be slow and just take my time. My mom loves to be fast which creates some issues for us at times.
We think this is a very wise proverb…and wish Rosy would go a bit slower!

I was pretty speedy as a puppy, but around eight, I decided to be slow a lot of the time. It will happen.
Slow is. Good – you see much more that way. Good luck on your nose work this weekend!
Mom loves that I am really thorough, but searches are timed and not set up for slow dogs. It adds to her stress, not mine!
Lizzie met a tortoise yesterday who whole-heartedly agrees with you. Good luck this weekend Emma!
LOL! Now that is funny!
Yep! “slow and steady wins the race!”
That is what I say, buy Mom wishes I would work a little bit faster.
