Happy National Margarita Day from your favorite party hound, Bailie! To celebrate this festive day, I’m blending up some Frozen Yellow Snow Margaritas for dogs. Being winter in Minnesota, it sounded like the perfect margarita for the day!
You know I love a good party, and a good drink is important to have at any party! These Frozen Yellow Snow Margaritas are real easy to make. All you need is:
- a blender
- ice cubes
- no salt chicken stock
- all natural yellow food coloring
- chicken pieces for a garnish
I start by crushing up the ice cubes in my blender.
Next I slowly add in the chicken stock, while blending until it is a nice thick consistency. At the end, add in a touch of yellow color, and mix in lightly so some of the drink is more yellow than the rest. Pour the margarita out into your glass, and top with a piece of grilled chicken for decoration.
Doesn’t it look heavenly? I love the way is smells too! Everyone in the Northland learns from day one on, not to eat the yellow snow, but this yellow snow is made to be eaten! It sure looks like the bad kind of yellow snow, though!
I couldn’t wait to give this a taste, and it is super tasty! Wowzers! It is so yummy, hard to believe, but it tastes even better than it looks. Enjoy National Margarita Day! Will you be celebrating with some yellow snow, and your dog? Β
Dang, I didn’t think you were supposed to eat the yellow snow MOL!
If you make it yourself, it is really good π
I would add one more ingredient if I was going to drink it…..Enjoy
We probably couldn’t have that ingredient.
Bailiie you are a great party girl!! We love your Margarita bar and your pictures are awesome. Have a great day! your doodle friend Dash
Cheers! Hope you have a margarita day!
What a fun idea! I personally can get behind national Margarita Day, but I’ll have to think of something else for the dogs.
It’s the perfect idea for Minnesota dogs!
the mama first giggled as she read your title but now she understands… and she hopefully learnt how to make a frozen yellow margarita for dogs ;O)
We figured the name she chose for her creation would create some interest and curiousity!
This is so nifty π <3
A little fun with a special day.
I giggled when I read the yellow margaritas, but Bailie looks so spiffy in that hat! Chablis has a pink one. Ya done good, Bailey!
We thought Bailie chose a catchy name for her margaritas!
Who knew yellow snow could be so yummy? We love this recipe!
Bailie thought it would be really funny to make something called yellow snow! It is pretty yummy, unlike the other yellow stuff.
We really need to try this once my mom gets her Vitamix!! I happen to think you are more beautiful than the party girl! XOXO, Sparkle
Hope you get to enjoy a frozen margarita. Thank you for the compliment. Each of us has our own special beauty according to Mom.

Our party girl knows how to blend up a drink!
Knowing Harley, he’d go for the grilled chicken topping and leave the frozen broth for Jax
Sibling teamwork is what that is called.
