Today it’s everything you do is right day! Who ever heard of such nonsense? The internet says, one should live life to the absolute fullest on this day! We were supposed to post on the next level of Barn Hunt, but my sisters decided they had to post about this day. It seems they feel it is made just for them. The Barn Hunt post has been delayed until Monday.
Bailie says her jumping on the couch is not a problem. Balancing on the soft cushions actually works on her core muscles, and helps her keep her lovely figure. This girl has a cover for every pot!
Madison finds standing on the dining room table is a necessity because she is short. She claims by standing up on the table, she can better watch for crime in the neighborhood, and keep the family safe.
Checking for food on the counter is a-okay in Bailie’s eyes. Evidently, chasing the scent of food up onto the counter helps her with all her scent sports. When our instructor told us, dogs that get up onto everything are great nose work dogs, she took that advice to heart!
Being on the furniture is not allowed, which includes sleeping on the ottoman. Madison claims it is the ideal place for her to hang out, and sometimes nap because she can see out the front door and around the house. Evidently, she forgot about being a scent hound, and thinks she is a guard dog.
Finally, they both argue bed shredding, or pillow shredding, makes for a much more cozy sleeping space. Bailie does most of the work, but she is trying to get Madison to help her out.
Thankfully, I follow the rules and don’t buy into the nonsense of #everythingyoudoisrightday, but my sisters find it to be quite an important day! Do you celebrate this crazy day?
If you found this day on the internet, then it must be right. Have fun doing all the things that you’re not allowed to do any other day of the year.
The problem is, they do them regardless of what day it is!

Mom has gotten much more lenient since Bailie arrived. I still follow all the rules, but my sisters get away with a lot, making this day is ideal for them.
Darn! We have been good all day. I wonder if we can convince Mom that it really a day to celebrate tomorrow. We just got new living room furniture and we aren’t allowed on it either. WTD!?!?!
Be patient. I bet once that new stink wears off, the rule will start bending!
