The slipper bandit lives on! We thought she was gone, but last weekend when it was cool out, Mom was wearing her slippers in the morning. She had them off when she went to put on shoes for our walk, and suddenly one was missing. Guess where it was found? Yep. In the mouth of the proud slipper bandit!
It should be no surprise that the slipper bandit doesn’t work alone. Little Miss Madison steals Gramma’s slipper every time she goes there to visit. I guess a life of crime suits both of my sisters!
naughty girls!!!! We don’t like slippers, but the other day I found our collapsible water bowl we take on long walks. I carried it all around the house! Made mom laugh. Have a good day. your doodle friend Dash
As a youngster, I loved dirty undies in the laundry basket, but Madison loves my Gramma’s slippers, Bailie had a play slipper that recently died. She may be hunting for a replacement.
Monkey see, monkey do.
That is the case with them. Everything in tandem.
Oh. My. Dog! I can’t help but smile! They both look so silly-cute with slippers in their mouths. ?
At least they seem to just enjoy stealing and being caught, not destroying.
Oooh Bailie is teaching Madison her bad habits! Thankfully, my dogs don’t go after slippers….except on Christmas when my granddaughter wore a slipper with a beanie baby head on it. She took them off and left them on the floor and Sampson thought they were a toy. I told her, fair game, baby. Fair game.
Oh yes, they teach each other a few good things, but many bad things. It is all harmless, so as long as they are happy, Mom is happy too. A soggy slipper is not the most pleasant feeling on a foot, but it will dry.
Lol. Those two……
Partners in crime.
Hey, those things are just too good to resist!
I guess my sisters love smelly feet items.
. slippers come always as a pair so the slipper bandits must ne two too, right?
LOL! Good one. We didn’t think of that!
Caught red-pawed and still look so innocent and sweet. BOL!
These bandits have no shame and do not mind at all being caught red pawed.
They are two of a kind, those two! I don’t think there’s any cure for slipper (and sock and glove) bandits. Luke cannot be trusted either!
I out grew my dirty undie stealing, but I am not sure Bailie will ever fully grow up. Mom says it is fine because she has so much fun being naughty.
You girls make me laugh! I bet that you make your mom laugh too!
She gave up trying to me mad and tough about bad behavior a long time ago. Now she just enjoys the antics.
Haha! Our new kitty is becoming one of these :’)
Never had a slipper bandit kitty!
I have slipper bandits too, if I don’t watch carefully they end up outside.
I’m not surprised you have those bandits too. We can’t go outside unless Mom opens the door, so they don’t get out at our house.
