While we all still mourn, a week has passed, and Emma would want us to remember her with some laughs and smiles. She so enjoyed dressing up, posing, using her expressive eyes, doing silly things for the camera. We never used photoshop, it was all pure Emma. I have so many funny photos, it was hard to choose just a few, but I did. Being from England, hats were her thing. She has quite the collection too! Please laugh, and smile at some of the many faces of Emma over the years since she started blogging.
Emma was a clown, she was a beauty, and a cutie, but her true self was to be a lady hound. Such a talented and fun girl, my Ems was. Love you, and miss you so little girl!
Oh my goodness, you picked such wonderful photos and they sure did make us smile here.
It was so hard to limit it to under 1000, but I took a few that were special to me.
You were such a beauty, Emma, and you did make us smileβ₯
She was beautiful, and always so happy.
You always took the best pictures of her, and what a wonderful model.
When I said come, she sometimes would, sometimes not, but if I said, Emma, photo shoot, she was there is a heartbeat. We loved doing photos together.
Oh my gosh, her many outfits were so amazing! I have always especially enjoyed her cooking posts. She was so believable as a chef. She sure knew how to ham it up. β₯
She had a talent for posing and knowing just what I needed from her in a photo. I miss that so much.
he was just emma-zing in any way… I loved to see her in the kitchen, she was so much better than me…
I think she is with Julia Childs in heaven having some kind of cook off.
I love each photo!!! Hats off for Emma! 21-hat salute! Thank you for sharing. What wonderful wonderful memories!
Choosing just a few from the 1000’s I have was hard, but these stuck out to me. We always had so much fun doing photo shoots.
So funny. I always loved her cooking posts.
I think being a chef was her thing. Everyone always loved her cooking and baking posts the most of all.
What a wonderful collection of your baby girl. She was most beautiful and such a wonderful poser.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Thanks for joining in and sharing your heart. β₯
Thank you. Photos were our thing together.
Lovely pictures
Thank you.
Priceless!
I have so many amazing photos of her, it was very hard to choose just a few.
Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it’s breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you’ll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through for you
Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying?
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile
That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what’s the use of crying?
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile
XOXO, Sparkle
Thank you, that is very true. That is what I’m trying to do, move forward and find our new normal, but a lot of tears and sadness follow me around. It will be that way for a long time, but I’m not one to sit back, do nothing and feel sorry for myself. Emma would not want that for me either.
sorry about the double post. We thought it was too long and would not post when we first tried to post it. XOXO, Sparkle
No problem…space on the internet is free π

She was such a natural in front of the camera. I love all of her pics.
She was so fun to do photos with. It was always super quick, and she knew just what to do.
I love each and every one of these photos! Emma was soooo photogenic, and such a “ham” for the camera! (My girls barely tolerate their raincoats, never mind anything else!) We will all miss your sweet girl; but you’ll find her spirit is right there with you. Hugs to you, Bailie, and Madison.
She really lives on a lot in Madison. I see her genes in her so often. All my girls love modeling, so I hope the other two will step it up.
Every single photo you choose showed Emma’s personality perfectly, thank you for sharing them with us. I feel very honored to have connected with Emma, Madison and with their mom. xoxo
Thank you. She was a real dear girl. I miss her so, but Bailie and Madison will find a way to forge ahead and make the blog theirs.

Love all of them….and we still think you need to publish a cookbook with all of Emma’s recipes(and kitchen pictures)!! Emma reminded us sooo much of Dory and the way she also loved to dress up!
They are probably out shopping for hats or something up in heaven!
What wonderful pictures ! Thanks for sharing the memories.
Thank you.
I honestly canβt pick a favorite but the wagon picture sure is adorable! And Emma is and always will be a Lovely Lady!
That wagon photo has always been one of my very favorite photos. I took it I think in 2012. She just looks so cute sitting there reading.
All the pictures are so beautifully. She misses you all and would want you to smile and laugh. Give the girls and boy big hugs. They too miss her alot. And will need you even more now.
Xoxo Charlie and Hope
Thank you. We all miss her, but together we will get through the sorrow, and remember all the great memories of Emma.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for sharing EMMA with us all these years, Joy! She was one of a kind talent oozing girl! Please continue to periodically revisit some of her photos with us with the help of Madison and Bailey!
Just as Katie has appeared now and then, Emma will always be a part of the blog.
I am smiling… she was an incredible model. It seemed as if she knew what her role was and made the right facial expression. I love the Oktoberfest one! Hugs to you…
My mom and Emma were very in tune with each other. Just a couple shots and the photos they needed were done. We all miss her, but Mom is having a really hard time without Emma.
