We’re in the stars on our continuing Minneapolis street art/mural tour. These are some of the stars at First Avenue. This bar and danceteria is famous for having big stars come to play live. One whole wall is covered in the stars of the famous bands and people who have played here. Despite going on a weekend morning, there were still too many cars and people to get the whole wall, or the famous star from Prince. Some stars are left blank to be used in the future.
My GBGV Life is joining Comedy Plus for some Wordless Wednesday fun.
That is a super cool wall of fame but you can’t fool me, you two are the real stars!
LOL! Thank you!
What good doggies, to sit and stay like that. Now you two are famous. Have a super duper day.
As long as a squirrel doesn’t run by we do well with “stay”.
You live in a pretty cool city.
The call it the Minne Apple, compared to the Big Apple. It is a very cultural, artsy city. We live about 1/2 an hour outside the city. Mom lived downtown in college, but prefers suburbia. Minneapolis is kind of a big city with that small town charm still making appearances.
love the wall of fame… and I hope a gbgv star will be there soon too ;O)
We need to get some more GBGV’s and create a howling band to get a star!
All I can see are my 2 favorite stars! XOXO “Star” Sparkle
Thank you, Sparkle!
Very cool!
It is a famous dance bar, lots of big names have been there. Mom was there once in college, but she isn’t into the crowds and bar scene now.
You two get out and about so very often. It’s fun to see where you explore.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. My best to your peeps. β₯
Mom likes to take us out and about as much as she can so we can have a lot of different experiences.
And now you have mom singing – In the Midnight Hour!
Oh dear, sorry for creating an ear worm!
I heard it though the grapevine that you are GRAND stars!!!
I’m not sure if me and Bailie are true stars, but Emma sure was!
You are both stars sweeties.
Thank you.
Wow…so many cool entertainers! We are enjoying all the murals you gals are finding!
xoxo,
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
There a lot more than we ever thought there would be!
Thatβs a great way to memorialize who was there.
It’s a famous place for musicians and a real honor to be put on one of the stars.
That looks like a fun place! I enjoyed places like that when I was much younger! π
Mom was into places like that when she was in college, but not these days. Fun on the outside to see, though.
That’s pretty cool.
It’s supposed to be a pretty cool club from what we hear.
