My Madison nose says, “Is that a new flower I smell way up high…sniff sniff?”
I best get up on my back paws to take a deep whiff of those new lilies.

Someone (other than me) once said, “the nose knows” …
Dougie Dog
The nose does knows π
I love how curious she is.
Mom always loves it when I stand on my back paws to smell something. I do it a lot in nose work.
Take as much time as you need to smell the flowers! XOXO, Sparkle
They always say stop to smell the flowers, so I am doing that.
oh yes… isn’t that cute how much things are new and how much first times you can enjoy :O)
These lilies come up every year, but this year I noticed them for the first time.
What pretty lilies!! Well worth standing on your back paws for!
My mom likes the shorter ones better, but she didn’t know there were tall ones until these bloomed after she had them planted. Still pretty.
Yes, smelling the flowers is wonderful!
It is something different to smell.
That’s some pretty cute whiffing!
Thank you.
You have to stop and smell the flowers now and then.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. My best to your mom. β₯
I do take my time when I feel like it, and sometimes it is to smell the flowers.
Don’t they smell so beautiful, Madison!
Mom says they don’t smell, but my nose smells them.
Madison, they were really high up there to sniff. Great job on getting on your back paws. They must smell wonderful. Thanks for the share. Have a wonderful Wordless Wednesday.
It’s a new smell that I was curious about.
oh Madison you are too adorable!!
Awww. My mom was surprised when she looked over and saw me doing that. Luckily she had her camera in hand from taking some other photos.
Well, i hope you were rewarded with a lovely scent when you got up there to take a good sniff!
It was nothing real special. I was more curious than anything.
What great balance you have Madison! You could be part of Cirque de Soliel!

People are often shocked by my dancing bear moves because I’m so short and long, but I like to do it.
Sometimes it is tough being a scent hound AND short! BOL!
But not if you can stand up on your back paws and be tall for a short time.
Be careful, some lilies are toxic to dogs.
None of us eat them, usually we ignore them, but I got a whiff and had to check it out.
You are quite the acrobat!
People are always amazed at how I can free stand on my back legs, but I have been doing it for a long time and just do it.
