Does your pup have favorite training treats? Of course, I love real meat, but it is not always practical to carry with me. For traveling up to the lake cabin, I need something tasty and healthy. I love whole fish, single ingredient fish treats at the lake, and one treat stands out!

Halo Liv-A-Littles Freeze Dried Wild Salmon treats are so good, a girl can’t stop at just one! They are single ingredient treats made from whole, wild salmon! They don’t need to be refrigerated, or anything…just eaten and enjoyed!
Do you know the difference between freeze dried and dehydrated? Freeze dried retains all the nutrients, whereas dehydrated can lose up to half the nutrients in the drying process. Dehydrated foods can also become a bit tough. If you have Liv-A-Littles Wild Salmon treats, you won’t need to take the boat out to go fishing!
Not only does the freeze drying process lock in the flavor, the treats are also high in protein and low in calories with around five to six calories per piece. They are perfect for a girl to snack on while performing her life guard duties! The container with a screw on lid keeps the salmon fresh, and if it falls into the water, the treats won’t get wet in their package.
After doing some serious sniffing at nose work camp, I always love my favorite training treats when I get back to my kennel at the car! It is something I really look forward to. Mom says, “fishy”, and I hustle my little behind back to the car!
If you are headed up to the lake cabin, don’t forget to bring your dog’s favorite training treats – Halo Liv-A-Littles Wild Salmon. In case your pup is a food snob like me, you can also crumble the salmon over her food. I guarantee, she will gobble up her meal in no time with the salmon sprinkled on top! Bone Appetit!
Iโm joining Comedy Plus for Happy Tuesday!
That was fun and those Halo things are yummy for us kitties too!
I know. Cat bro Bert always wants some of ours.
Over th food is a great idea!
We love these!
If you love them that much I know they are yummy, Madison! I could possibly eat one today if I had some. Oh my dog, what happened yesterday? I am in a fog. Mommy took me to my doctor to have my 3 warts checked, to have my teeth checked, and to get my yearly doggy check up. Mom left the clinic without me! While I was there I had surgery to remove my benign and goy my teeth cleaned! I am really pawthetic today. She did cook me chicken and rice. Puffin wants to play, but I am not in the mood. While I was gone the new carpet was put don in “my” bedroom which I share with Mom and Puffin. When the carpet guys moved the furniture back into the bedroom they discovered the people that fixed the ceiling BROKE the box springs on my bed! It sags about 4″ in the center. I can get comfy on it but not Mom. The guest bedroom sheets were wet in the washing machine so Puffin, Mom, and I slept on the sofa. Mom ‘s back is totally hitting about a 9+ on the pain scale and so is my mouth! The ceiling company is replacing the box springs, but it won’t be here until Thursday. We are really pitiful here. XOXO, Sparkle the wounded
Oh man, things can only get better from there, right? What a terrible chain of events! Hopefully you will feel better soon and maybe a new bed will help your mom feel better. I hope the company pays for the bed damage! I’ve only had one surgery and it was not a big deal getting spayed for me, thankfully. Take it easy and just rest today. I bet you will be better tomorrow when the sleepy stuff is all out of your system.
Sorry that was so long, but I knew you would understand! I also have the cone of shame so I can’t scratch the surgery on my muzzle. Sparkle
Bailie has a bump on her muzzle Mom is watching. Hope she doesn’t need surgery. Mom will take her to the vet if it changes in size. I am a good girl and didn’t even need a cone for my spay surgery.
You are such a great model. Yes indeed. Having great treats is a good thing. I’ve heard of this brand as being one of the best. I’m not surprised that your mom makes sure you have the best. As it should be.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. My best to your siblings and your smart mom. โฅ
She says we are the reason she has to work so much. At least with her own business, she can be home working. We do enjoy our lifestyle.
Thanks Madison for the info on the treats – my Alex likes them too!
We alternate salmon and chicken. They are both so good.
such a handsome and patient dog! Cheers!
We learn early on to be good models.
Those sound wonderful! Great photos.
To think I would not go near anything fish/salmon type of stuff, and then I met these and can’t get enough!
Itโs got to be good to have fish treats in a place where i am sure you can smell fish all of the time.
Mom doesn’t smell fish, be we know they are right there in the water.
Luke is sold and he’s already added these to our shopping list! Great review!
Thank you. They are the best, and the chicken is just as tasty.
we all agree with you… hard working dogs need the best treats… and if we are super good we will get super treats!!! yours are much better than the cheese the mama offered …she looks cheesy now BOL
LOL! Your poor mom. You know we do a lot of work and don’t even get paid at all.
Such great photos!! We love Halo treats too.
Our only complaint is that they don’t come in 5 gallon pails!
These will always be my most favorite training treats too!
xoxo,
Rosy
