Ugly Christmas sweaters for you and your dog sure do make the holiday time a lot more fun! Since the human sweater matches ours, Mom had to get into the photos, which sure made for a big challenge! Before you decide Christmas isn’t really your thing, check out the Funky Tails website because they have other more winter themed ugly sweaters too. We chose this pattern because we thought it was funny with the dog being tangled into the Christmas lights. Being as we are all long bodied, sizing was a bit difficult, but our contact was glad to help us figure out the right size. Our sweaters fit great! Even the belly side looks nice.
The biggest problem we had was getting photos of us all together. Since Mom had to be in the photo, we ordered in a friend to take some photos for us. Now, notice, the fun design is on our backs, so we have to have our backs to the camera. Mom, who has her design on the front, needs to face us. For us it was tough to not turn around to the friend at the camera. Olivia gets restless easily, and this photo shoot was no exception. She decided to just hop onto Mom at one point. We decided the outtakes actually make some of the best photos of us in the sweaters.
There are seven sizes of dog sweaters , from XS to XXXL, designed to fit a wide range of dogs. I am wearing an XL, and my sisters are wearing XXL’s. They are easy to put on, and very comfy too. All of Funky Tails ugly Christmas sweaters for you and your dog are dog themed too! Mom says her sweater kept her warm as it was about thirty degrees out and windy the day we did our photos.
We don’t normally wear clothes, but Bailie and Olivia had no problem when playing some chase and wrestle in their sweaters. They took a short break from the group shoot to do some romping around the yard.
The sweaters are not loose, but they stretch and allow us to move freely as we need to. Olivia also did some rolling around, but her sweater never came off or suffered any damage.
Eventually, the two wild ones came back to do some posing. When we sit down, they bunch up a bit on our hips, but as soon as we stand up, they are flat and cover almost our entire backs.
All of us just love the fun look of our new ugly Christmas sweaters. They will sure be a lot of fun over the holidays, and maybe they will even make our Christmas card this year.

Yes, they are shorter on the belly side. I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t accidentally pee on them. They go to about mid belly.
