Puppy Valentine dreams abound in Olivia’s little head this year. It is her first Valentine’s Day and she is not quite sure what to expect. To celebrate, we are having Valentine’s Week on the blog with a Valentine’s post every day this week. We want to share some love with all our friends.
Bailie and I told Olivia she should get busy making Valentines so she is ready once Friday gets here. Mom brought home a box of Valentines for Olivia to use this year. We also have our mailbox that we use to keep our Valentines in.
Being French Scent Hounds, scratch and sniff Valentines are a must for us. If you can’t smell them, you surely don’t need them. I think Olivia likes the fruity smelling ones the best.
What is this little mailbox all about? Olivia had to sniff in it to see if it was edible by chance.
Deciding who to make the Valentines for and which ones to give to which friends and family is a tough job. Sometimes one just has to rest on the idea for a while. The project seems much more difficult than Olivia originally thought.
Unfortunately, Olivia can’t find any Valentines in the mailbox. Her puppy Valentine dreams might come true on Friday, but she hasn’t figured out that she has to wait several more days. Is you puppy sending out Valentines this year?
We are joining Comedy Plus for the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Oh you two sure are ready for Valentine’s day. Love your pictures. Have a super Monday.
Thank you. Getting the Valentines in order.
I think her nose is in the tunnel and she is searching for the rat! This is going to be a great week fir your blog. <3 XOXO, Sparkle
LOL, no rat in the Valentine mailbox at our house!

Oh my, those are different wishes. We just wish for any tasty treats.
Hope you find lots of valentine treats, Olivia, because you are so loved!
I’m hoping for lots of snuggle time and for treats π
Such an exciting week.
Hopefully a week with lots of extra love π
I’m pretty sure Olivia will be pretty happy on Friday!
She’s pretty happy every day, so Friday might be over the top happy.
Well, at least she has all week to work on her project! We did not know they made scratch ‘n sniff valentines, those are definitely perfect for you scent hound girls. π
Emma started the tradition and passed it on to Bailie, who showed me and not I’m showing Olivia.
We boys are scenting love to you girls. Elbe eats anything that looks like a writing implement, and my arthritis makes writing difficult, so being scent hounds, we will make sure you catch our scentiments all week long!
Chablis
Love that word scentiments! Very creative, boys.
I bet Olivia has a lot of fun with this!! I have to be careful with smelly Valentines, I’m pretty sure Delilah would just eat them. LOL
They do smell really good, but none of us eat paper normally.
What a great poser. She should get extra Valentines just for all this hard work. So cute!
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches to the pups and my best to the mom. β₯
She’s working hard every day learning all the things a pup has to learn.

Thank you.
We send yβall our Valentines love very day!
If you boys were closer we could have a Dr Harveys dinner together π
I am positive that there will be many cards in the mailbox!
We hope so. It would be sad if it was empty on the big day.
What adorable photos, girls! We love the last one bestβΊ
Thank you. I was working really hard on my project.
Olivia, you are so cute in your Valentine gear! I love the mailbox and scented valentines – looking forward to Friday!
Thank you. I’m super excited for Friday.
You gals are sure to get many Valentines.
Bailie is so cute! I remember when I was in grade school, we used to decorate shoe boxes to receive Valentines from classmates. I always worried that I wouldn’t get any like Charlie Brown. Thankfully, my box was usually full. π
My mom did the same thing. She loved decorating but worried she might not get Valentines. Now she knows everyone always gets Valentines, but sadly kids don’t do the shoebox thing anymore.
Valentine’s week is a great idea and a wonderful way to train Olivia about Valentine’s Day activities!

We have never done it before and thought it would be a lot of fun.
You deserve lots of Valentines and i hope you get them!
I sure hope I do too.
The glasses are the perfect accessory for any valentine doggo! π
When Mom saw heart glasses, she knew they would be just right for us.
