Flying without wings seems to be a real thing with GBGV’s, at least at our house. I’m the smallest with the shortest legs, but I fly more than either of my sisters!
It appears that I have a standard form I take on most of my flights. I look pretty aerodynamic, if I do say so myself.
Olivia can fly too. It must be tough for her to get those long legs off of the ground completely, but she does it.
She is better at flying when she launches off of her back paws I think.
I sometimes fly just by trying to run through the snow.
When I fly, it seems like I am almost as high up as Olivia is just by standing. Do you notice my form? It is always the same when all four of my “wheels” are up. Flying without wings is definitely possible, and I am proof.
Olivia and I do a lot of running and flying back and forth in the same area. Here I was with my back feet up, just getting into flying position. It appears that Olivia just landed.
Flying around is always fun but when Olivia flies at me, it can be scary sometimes and I do let her know! That’s enough horsing around in the yard for one post! See you all tomorrow!
We are happy, so weβre joining Comedy Plus for Happy Tuesday!
guess what? we think such magic hounds like you can fly ….. without a cape and without wings or a magic wand.. just because you want to ;O)
We love to do zoomies and fly around the yard.
I think your ears are substitute wings. Fun action photos.
Love it. Better get a pilot license.
They say flying is safer than driving, but we can’t seem to get Mom to fly. We love it.
That really is some seriously impressive flying!
Mom says I fly best because I’m a lightweight.
How” flighty” you two are! Madison, you have perfect form!! Love the shot where you two girls have the tree between you!
I am flighty!
You both fly very well. Having fun while flying is even better. So adorable.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. My best to your wonderful mom. β₯
We always seem to have loads of fun!
Wonderful flying! You make me a bit jealous.
I am pretty good at it.
You girls should see my brother in the back yard! He doesn’t necessarily fly but he runs really really fast! Especially if he has been in the house a long time! Mom loves to watch him run all around the whole yard! I think because his ears are smaller than yours he doesn’t take flight! You girls are awesome at flying! Keep it UP! (haha!) have a good day your friend Lilly
It sounds like he gets into the zoomies. They are fun too. You should go out and chase him!
Madison, you fly through the air with the greatest of ease, the flying French hound in the air if you please! You are the best aerodynamic pup that I know! XOXO, Sparkle
Very impressive poetry, Sparkle! I love to race and fly.
Wow – that 6th photo is perfect – you are flying!! I see a tv show in the future for you: Madison – The Flying GBGV
Mom says there once was a TV show called the flying nun. Maybe I could have one called the flying hound.
I think you do have wings. There hidden under your tail.
Or maybe my ears are my wings. They do flop up and down like bird wings.
How in the world do you manage to do that so frequently? It really does look like you’re flying.
Don’t tell anyone, but I have springs in my paws, LOL!
Go, Madison, GO! Clearly Olivia wants to fly just like you doβΊ
Olivia is too heavy to really fly nicely like me I think.
they are DEFINITELY flying!!
I soar through the air in the backyard.
Wow Madison…you are a pawfessional flyer!!
xoxo,
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
I think I am. I fly more and more these days.
You have to watch out for flying hound dogs around there!!! LOL
We just hope there is never a mid air collision.
We love flying ears !
Long ears are the best for flying and flopping.
We know you can fly! Long ears might get dirty but they are great for flying.
They ears flap like wings on a plane, right?
