Getting to explore places makes us all happy. Mom wishes we could spend many hours every day hiking but that “work” thing keeps us from doing that. Nevertheless, we do get out and about as much as we can. Sometimes even going to a familiar place at a different time of year can be a lot of fun, or walking with friends.
Right now everything is so green it is really like a jungle outdoors. There is so much green behind Bailie you almost don’t see the pond in the background. The green does make some shade which is good for cooling off a bit.
We enjoy finding fun things to pose with for photos. Olivia is completely stumped in this photo. Our posing teaches us some nice manners and rule following.
All of us are pretty good about following stay orders when Mom gives them to us. Our leashes stay on, but Mom isn’t afraid to back away from us to take a photo even when there is a chance of a critter racing by. Bailie and I are pretty trustworthy, Olivia not quite as much. She is a real mom’s girl, though, so she probably wouldn’t go too far away.
Getting to explore places with friends is also a fun thing to do. The other day our buddy Marvel joined us for a nice long walk. We all had a great time together. He is still working on the stay thing, but he isn’t even a year old yet, he will learn in time. Right before we finished our walk it rained, so we are all a bit damp but it cooled us off nicely.

We missed seeing that pond until you pointed it out. You’ve been stumped, BOL! I want to go hiking again but my hip’s been bothering me some and Mommy wont take me. I think I might have to go get it checked at the dogtor’s. *shiver* XOX Xena
That was hard for our late sister Katie when she had trouble walking and always wanted to go along anyway. Hope you feel better and don’t have to see the vet.

She tries to get away from work whenever she can. Luckily it is her business, but still the work doesn’t go away if she is away.
You definitely find the best places to explore. I went to the horse ranch the other day and Puffin and I ran our fancy pants off! We are so good off lead out there, and when Mom calls us we come right to her. It was fun! XOXO Sparkle
Did you get to chase horses? Mom says her Kuvasz used to chase horses and get in a lot of trouble.

Uh oh…we learn the best things from friends, but humans don’t always feel that same way.
Exploring is always fun and having a friend along is even better!
Friends are great to have.
Work does have it’s drawbacks, even if it pays the bills.

Mom says she has to work to keep us in the lifestyle we are accustomed to, but it can be a real drag.

Things are definitely green there, and look pretty warm too! We’re in for another hot spell this weekend, but right now we’re enjoying perfectly comfortable temperatures in the 70’s! That’s our favorite walking weather.
The first few days of the week were ideal, but now we are going to humid and upper 90’s for the weekend. We have FastCAT Saturday and Bailie has nose work Sunday. Mom will charge up our fans for the weekend and get the car covered, but it is going to be hot!
Its good that you guys are well trained. And that you get to go to some interesting and exciting places and walks with furrends! We love seeing you out and about in your posts.
We all love adventures. Olivia and I love car rides too, but Bailie doesn’t like the car part of adventures.
