Patience is a virtue until patience runs out. Waiting for my 5 pm walk, staring at Mom while she works at her desk, and she says “just a minute” like a million times causes me to just scream! Come on, it’s quitting time!
My GBGV Life is joining Comedy Plus for some Wordless Wednesday fun.

Priceless image. It is amazing how much pets learn and depend on their schedule. Have a blessed day.
Yes, we have a schedule but the human seems to forget that.
You tell her. All work and no play makes for a dull person.
We think she should play with us all day long but she says that wouldn’t work out well.
I so remember this. Our pups have better internal clocks than we do. They know exactly when it’s time for their walks.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches all around and my best to your mom. β₯
We are very good at telling time without a clock or watch and we are good about reminding our mom as well.
You tell her, your schedule is important too sweetie!
Our schedule sure is important!
we know that minutes too what last for an hour LOL
It is terrible, isn’t it?
Yes, and in doggy time 1 minute is 7 minutes! Be LOUD! XOXO, Sparkle
Or seven hours it seems like! Loud is necessary.
Wow that must be as hard as waiting for my contest, or, Dinner! Hmmm I think Dinner wins out how about you?
Rumpy Bump
Food always takes priority for us.
Oh yes….that is our motto at the LLB Gang lately BOL!
Happy Wednesday!

I think ever dog suffers from the same problem with their humans.
Yup, it’s always just one more minute before we can go. I understand completely!
Exactly. Humans are crazy about that just a minute thing.
How do they know?
Humans have no sense of time like we dogs do.
You tell her!
Loud and clear!
A minute mom time is different from a minute kid time, or dog time, or even cat time!
You are right. A minute of mom time is like hours I think.
Our Mom is supposed to stop work at 3:00 and we all know when that is. But one day a week she insists she works one more hour, and that just doesn’t make sense to us! XOX Xena and Lucy
Our mom makes no sense too. She complains about too much working but then keeps working after her deadline passes. We don’t get it.
Walk time is walk time, right?? π Luke amazes me with how much patience he has sometimes. It’s all good until someone reaches for the leash….then that’s the end of it! You’d better be heading out the door with him in tow pronto (or the other way around ha ha).
If only she would reach for the leash instead of the keyboard!
I used to get the same with Eric and Flynn. They knew their long walk around the fields was about 9.30 am and if we didn’t go then it would end up being a shorter walk. They would get in front of the screen and walk back and forth until I gave up.
We pets can tell time better than any human and their fancy clocks.
Oh yeah! Pay-shuts – that means WE pay while MOM shuns us . Her favorite line is “be right back” NOT!!! Sometimes I have waited for HOURS for her to return.
We hear that too and sometimes she can be gone for more than a day!
Humans are clueless when it comes to dog time!
1 minute = eternity!
You say that just like a dog!
It always amazes me how patient Ducky and Bogie are until they’re about to explode. I’m trying to be better about not making them wait. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I don’t; but at least I try.
Mom makes us wait sometimes, but she feels bad when it happens.
