We just got back from our relaxing walkie. Happy Labor Day, girls!
We got some longer walks this morning. Mom is trying to go further. She is allowed to, but she is afraid to walk too far from home and has to get over that fear.

We all have our paws up, but Mom is racing around like a mad woman. She isn’t good at relaxing.
We had a terrific day! Mom canned peaches and pears, made jam, and chutney and cooked some suppers for when she is busy this week. We watched!
Way before our time, Mom says she used to can fruits and also make jam. She doesn’t like jam herself, but she loves to make it and give it to others. How silly is that?
It’s Labor Day, so i labored. People still want their houses cleaned, especially older people who can’t do it for themselves any longer. To me, it’s kind of like milking the cows, you do it daily.
Bummer you didn’t get the day off but older people are a bit like dogs, they like a schedule and sticking to it. Changing their schedule is upsetting for them. You are wonderful.
We had a nice day playing in the backyard with the pawrents!!
