Today I have more amazing holiday lights from Sam’s Christmas Village. When we were there, we felt like we were taking way too many photos but when we got home it seemed like we missed so many things! Hope you enjoy this second part of my two part series. You can see part one here if you missed it last Friday.
As the night went on, Mom started to get better at her camera adjustments, but every photo had different lighting. It was cold out and a bit windy. Mom didn’t like having to take her gloves off to adjust her camera settings all the time, but she did it anyway. This reindeer is really nice looking.
Since I just made gingerbread cookies two days before we went to see the lights, we had to have a photo of the gingerbread men and their house.
My sisters and I love presents, and I love the present trees. I would like to have one of these at home but made with real gifts! Behind the tree is the restaurant. This place is so dog friendly, dogs are even allowed in the restaurant! It is nice to go inside and warm up for a while.
Lucky for me I could mail my letter to Santa in this mailbox. I hope they pick up the mail frequently so it arrives on time.
Bling is a thing and a thing I do like. Sam’s Christmas Village has giant ornaments scattered around with loads of bling, like this pretty red one. In the background on the left, you can see the Jack-in-the-Box.
This see through one with stars is also very fancy and pretty, don’t you think? The light tunnel entrance is behind the ornament. It is a pretty good view of it.
I am purple girl, so naturally I really love the purple ornament. Don’t I look fantastic with a giant purple ornament?
Moving along, we ran into a snowman family. They are quite friendly and are enjoying the colder weather.
Just up the road is a blue ornament that glows blue all over the place, but it is pretty.
Not far from the glowing blue ornament is another super fancy one. I sure would like to see the tree they usually hang from. It must be so tall!
They have a set of pretty wings, so I decided to see how I would look with giant wings. I think I look silly, but still it was fun to try them out. At this point I was getting tired and cold and wasn’t so much into posing anymore.
The amazing holiday lights on this teddy bear actually look like fur. I love cozy, so I cuddled up with him for a few minutes.
On the way out one has to stop and take a photo with this gorgeous, princess castle. It is surrounded by the light forest too. I’m not a real princess type, but Madison is. She just loves the photo and wants to go see it for herself. I hope you have enjoyed my lights tours this year. I have a lot of fun looking for lights this time of year!
We are joining our friends at Living Laughing and Barking in Our Backyard is for their Nature Friday blog hop.
The lights are all so pretty! We love the Christmas presents trees!
I like that one too, such a fun idea, but all the lights were so pretty.
Super! Especially love the Angel wing photo shoot
Mom was laughing when she called me her little angel, LOL!
I love that dogs can eat in the restaurant
We love that too, especially since we had been out in the elements for a while and it was getting cold out.
That’s a lot of lights!
It is, but they sure did a good job with them.
How beautiful! So many amazing light creations. My favorite was the ornament with the stars since I am Betsy’s Little Star! XOXO Sparkle
You are a sparkling star! It is a pretty one. The whole place was gorgeous.
Please tell your Mom her photos are fantastic, and we are really impressed that she braved the cold and took her gloves off to adjust the camera settings. The results are worth a touch of frostbite!
Oh, thank you. She does a lot of things like that to get a good photo or to help us doggies out with stuff. It is so pretty, we wanted really good photos.
What a fun place to enjoy Christmas. Such fun. Thanks for taking me along.
Have a fabulous day and weekend. Scritches all around and my best to your mom. β₯
It was great and we all had a super time.
WOW, Sam sure has it all going on and you look wonderful with that Princess Castle!
I’m not so much the princess type, that is more Madison, but it sure is a pretty castle!
You girls add the perfect touch to these beautiful decorations !
Thank you.
That’s an astoundingly beautiful place, i hope Madison and Olivia get to go sometime, and i hope i do, too!
Maybe next year. We take turns getting to go on adventures.
Lights are my favorite and with your doggie even better ~ Xo
