We received our professional FastCAT photos from the Invitational last month and wanted to share them with you. Our expectations were for lots of amazing photos, but there were not many of us, especially not many of Madison. Still we have some good ones and ones that are different from previous FastCAT photos we have purchased on our FastCAT journey. My eyes in this photo are crazy focused on the lure which is why we chose to get this photo.
The photos in this post were purchased by My GBGV Life from MLBaer Photography for our own personal use. We are posting them as they were received from MLBaer Photography. Please to not copy or attempt to use these photos without permission from MLBaer Photography.
Madisonβs Professional FastCAT Photos
Here we have happy little Madison racing along with her shorter legs. It always amazes Mom how fast she can run with those legs. This photo reminds us of that song from Frosty the Snowman, You Put One Foot In Front Of The Other…
Madison can fly too! I guess when you are short, though, you can’t fly as high as a taller dog like me. It looks like she ran over a feather there in the grass.
Keep your eyes on the prize there, Madison!
Mom waits to catch us at least 30 feet past the finish line and she keeps moving backwards so we keep running and don’t slow at the end of our runs. We have to apply our brakes once we reach her.
Oliviaβs Professional FastCAT Photos
Now for some crazy photos of me. Seriously there were more than twice as many photos of me than there were of Madison, so we bought more of mine. What we don’t have are releasing photos but now we do. The photos above are all of me being released at the start. See my focus, and you can also see my mouth starting to give out the GBGV hunting call. Our navigator released me every day except Thursday. The navigator release photos are from Friday, the finals run. On Thursday, we had another person help us out as our navigator went to Disney all day. On the Thursday photo, you can see the focus and determination in my eyes.
Evidently, GBGV’s can float in mid air, did you know that? I think this photo is proof that I am floating, don’t you agree? All my still photos are from my finals run on Friday.
This photo is funny as it looks like I am super slow and just walking along.
Mom and I love my facial expression in this photo as I race down after the lure. My oh my, do I look silly!
Here I am coming in for a nice landing. I always keep the lure in sight.
Oh boy, here I see my mom behind the lure and it looks like I will need to land and get over to her to stop. See my happy face? I know I did a good job.
The finish line is behind me and Mom is running backwards to get me to run to her. I need to slow down so I don’t run her over. Mom loves this photo as she says I have Basset eyes and we both love it when my ears are up. We are thankful to have some more fun FastCAT photos of us from this special event.
My GBGV Life is joining Brianβs Home Blog in the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
I love these pictures. The facial expressions show so much joy.
We really enjoy the chase and it is all us, no training, just instinct based.
oh we love the action shots, that’s pure energy!
It tires us out after doing a couple runs in a day.
Love those action photos, especially those focused eyes! Who needs wings, when you have the ears to help you fly.
We love how the focus shows in the photos and the flopping ears are always fun to see.
You both are so determined and have such intensity as you run with sheer gracefulness. Pardon the pun, but so much JOY! XOXO, Sparkle
We always have joy in our lives, that is our pun π But we sure do enjoy FastCAT!
WOW, those are really wonderful photos and I do love the magical GBGV floating!!! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
I do look like I’m just suspended in midair!
The photos are just fabulous and so many times you are AireBorn!
I say why run when you can fly π
Oh Our Goodness!!!! We love these photos. We keep going back and looking at them. Mom and I tried to pick our favorites but it is almost impossible. Mom loves the last one — because of Olivia’s ears AND tail!! what a shot! I love the ones of your faces and your big eyes! You are both so focused it is awesome to see your eyes and how hard you are working. We are wondering — what does it feel like when you are floating? That is amazing to look at!!!! your friends Lilly and mom
I’ve had floating pics before, but these are the best. It is great to fly and I can steer with my long flapping ears, LOL! The photographer captured some good moments.
these photos are fanatastic for real!!
There were not a lot, but we found these and love them as they are pretty amazing.
Awwww these pups are having the time of their lives! Hugs to all!
We love running FastCAT, no doubt about that.
These are great actions shots. Flying indeed.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and my best to your mom. β₯
Why run when you can fly? Flying is much more fun!
Dogs can fly and you’ve proved it!
I fly pretty well, thank you.
