It was quite chilly out there, but we walk fast and only about 15 – 20 mins in this cold.

We only do that in the evenings. Now we are in the home office working with Mom…well, working hard on napping in sun puddles while she works on her computer.
We love seeing your Winter photos…but they always make Mama shiver a bit! xoxo, Jakey, Rosy & Sunny PeeEss…it got down to 17F this morning here in NE NM last night!

This morning it is 50 degrees warmer than yesterday morning, but it will get colder again all day. We love cold but we have had our fill of below zero for this season. Hopefully there won’t be too many more of those mornings after tomorrow.
We had 18 below this morning! I wish I could love the cold like you girls and your Mom do!

The extreme cold is only interesting for a day or two, then we are ready for warmer air so we can walk more. Yesterday morning was 30 and it felt so warm and nice.
Brrrrrrrrrrr – minus seventeen is just too darn cold to have any kind of fun. Don’t stay outside too long, Bailie!
This morning it is -20, so we are procrastinating on going for our walks. It will be warming up after this, though, and we are ready.
yes… it is… back to bed!!!!
That is what we are all doing now that we had a walk and breakfast. Time for a cozy nap.
Oh my goodness, keep those paws plenty warm!

I’m so ready for spring. I know you pups love the snow though. Great shot.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches all around and a hug to mom. β₯
I think at those temperatures, you should go into hibernation! I wouldn’t go out!!! even with my boots on!
Chablis
We don’t mind but the walks are pretty fast and they we come in and warm up again.
I am going into hypothermia just looking at the photo! Brrrrr!
Happy Wednesday!
It is pretty cold, but we have good fur to help keep us warm.
That is just tooooooo cold
It is really what we call silly cold but it is only for a couple days a year. It does wake a girl up in the morning, though.
BBBBBBBBBBBBrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr keep those booties on!
They keep our feet from getting freezer burn in the ice and snow on our short, freezer walks.
it was crazy cold here today too! I kept Levi home from daycare/training because of it!
Mom would never keep us home. She even took us out as puppies but then we had to wear a coat. We handle it pretty well.
Brrrr! Last weekend when we had a low of -7 and a high of 12, I wouldn’t even leave the house. (Needless to say, I don’t own a dog.)
Probably good to not have a dog if you don’t like the cold. We walk 365 days a year no matter what the weather.
That is far too cold! No wonder you need your boots to protect your feet.
If we don’t wear out boots when it is so far below zero, they kind of get a freezer burn feeling and they hurt.

And we are, at least for us. You’d find our weather quite moderate.
It is like this morning. +30 degrees feels like summer after such serious cold for days.

WOW! That is even colder than here! Stay warm and safe!
We are super cold here in a normal winter but it is just a fact and we know how to live with it.
