We have snowballs again! Yesterday morning was in the twenties and we had an inch or so of fresh snow. This means, we are busy sniffing and our beards get covered in snowballs. It happens to all of us – girls with beards – kind of thing I guess. We don’t mind snowballs much until Mom tries to pull them off. We prefer that they defrost off on their own.
Madison was a bit naughty which is not like her normally. While Mom was working on my snowballs, Madison charged right into the house and past Mom. Since Mom can be fast, she managed to catch Madison and not only grab a shot of her snowball beard, but she pulled some of the snowballs off of her too. I think she has more dangling snowballs than Bailie and I do.
Bailie also came in with lots of snowballs in her beard, but first Mom took a shot of them outside. I think she is proud of her collection as it seems like she is smiling! Mom is dreading the weather this week as it will be warmer and that means we have to all get dried off and de-snowballed every time we go out. It is not a fun thing, but she forces us to do it. I guess it is what has to happen when we all have snowballs! Who do you think has the best snowball collection in their beard?
My GBGV Life is joining Comedy Plus for Awww Monday today.
Get inside to worm you up
Oh we go inside plenty often but we enjoy the cold.
that looks super cool… a little like santa ;O)
Darn! I forgot my red hat.
My vote is Bailie beard! I finally figured out how to stop the snow from being scattered throughout the house – I have a gate that articulates into a pen at the back door (think tall x=pen if you don’t want to buy this gate). Let one dog in at a time (can be problematic), and clean before releasing into the house proper and getting the next dog in. Sort of like a rodeo!
We usually wait our turn pretty well, but sometimes someone isn’t in the mood to wait.
Awww ~ so cute with the ‘snowballs’ ~ Xo
Wishing you happiness in your day,

We are lucky they were only in our beards and not all over us like they are sometimes.
Bailie wins! Plus she smiled. XOXO Sparkle
She is a smiley girl.
Those snowballs are such a pain but better snow than the freezing rain that we’re getting. Time to head inside and get de-snowballed.
Freezing rain is yucky, and dangerous. Hope it ends for you soon.
You’re having fun though even though you have those pesky snowballs. You’re all so cute.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches all around and my best to your mom. β₯
They don’t bother us too much as we are so busy sniffing.
The pictures are too funny ! I love the snow beards ! This year we haven’t seen a single snowflake in Belgium, maybe in the Ardennes. But here it’s always grey and rainy since weeks ! Really fed up !
Mom doesn’t miss the gray weather in Europe at all. We prefer cold and snow with sunshine.
You girls even make those snowballs look good!
Awww, thank you.
that’s funny!!! Thankfully, Levi doesn’t have a beard, just a giant mane!
Girls shouldn’t have beards, but we all have them, so we have snowballs.
Oh my- I bet those snowballs were hard to remove! But it looks like you had fun outside!
They come off pretty easily actually. Ice is hard to remove.
Wow, that must be painful to have those ice balls in your beard. Bailie you definitely have the most!
They really don’t hurt unless Mom pulls on them when we are still outside, then they hurt a bit.
What great snow balls you all collected!!! I had a blast playing in our snow too!
xoxo,
Rosy
I think you had some snowballs in your furs too. Welcome to the winter club!
What a mess if all of them thawed and dripped in the house! Would a blow dryer melt them off more easily?
Once we come in if we wait a minute or two they loosen up and Mom can pull or rub them off easily.
Heh, heh…those are some good looking ‘beards,’ ladies. βΊοΈ
Frosty beards from the north country.
