Today I’m three, happy birthday to me! Mom finds it hard to believe I am three, but I am a big girl now with a very small party hat. This year I wanted something different and this little orange hat is super cute and works well for me.
As we all do at our house when we have a birthday, I went out with Mom for a photo shoot. The weather has been really messy with lots of melting and stuff but if you are a March pup, you just roll with it. Last year we were at a park next to a lake for my two year birthday photos.
We like to choose wooded areas, or water for fun places to pose. I enjoyed getting up high on a tree stump for this photo. My hat is so fun! It’s amazing they had it in my color, orange.
There were lots of bird out and about. At one point I stopped to view them and let them know that I am turning three. They didn’t seem to care. No wonder I am not into birds.
No birthday photos are complete with out a shot of me lying down with my head between my jumbo pillow pays. It is pretty comfy, I could almost fall asleep.
Mom wanted a shot of my head and long ears. She adores my long ears so much. I’m a happy girl, so I don’t mind all the photos. My sisters and I have all grown up being photographed, so it is normal for us.
Today I’m three and I saved my favorite photo for last. I’m looking pretty good for my age. Three isn’t old for a human, but for us pups, we are supposed to be full adults at this point. I think I still have lots of puppy in me! I’ll post party photos on social media and on the blog on Monday. Gotta go, time to party!
