Today we all wish our Gramma a super happy birthday! She has been having a tough time the past six months and we wish her loads of better health for the year ahead. We love her and we miss being able to visit her lately.
For her special day, we are all telling something we love about her. Don’t tell anyone, but Gramma says I’m her favorite granddog. She calls me her very own personal therapy dog. I get to visit her all the time and she just loves to see me and sneak me treats. Hopefully she will be able to come home again and I can go visit her soon.
Gramma is special to me too. I don’t visit her very often because she can only have one dog come by at a time. When I go to her house, I am fixated on her kitty and I am lost when I am the only dog. Still, she is always very kind to me and she enjoys getting to see me now and then. I hope she feels better again very soon.
My Gramma loves me because I am a sports girl and that makes my mom so happy. She loves to hear about my sports and all my ribbons and titles. Sometimes I stop by her house to show her my new ribbons. Unfortunately, I am a bit wild and I am a jumper, so I can scare her a little bit. I never mean any harm, but she worries that I might knock her down. Mom makes sure I am extra careful when I visit. I really wish her a super happy birthday this year! She sure deserves it.
What is all this birthday stuff? I have no idea what a birthday is, and this hat is ridiculous! Sit and stay? Forget that, I am not playing that game with this hat on my head! My sisters have told me about Gramma, but I have never met her and she doesn’t even know about me yet. I hear she has dog cookies from Trader Joes in her pantry, so she must be a really cool person. Hopefully I will get to meet her one day. Until then happy birthday, whatever that means.
Happy Birthday Gramma! Love Bailie, Madison, Olivia, and Nelson
