It’s time for my 6th birthday party highlights. Yesterday was my birthday and as always we had a siblings party with party supplies and of course, yummy treats from our favorite Three Dog Bakery.
This time it was simply too hard for me to choose only one dessert. I decided to go with three different desserts. There are four of us you say? The bakery lady said we could cut each dessert in half and give everyone some of each. Why not?
I decided on treats that had at least some pink on them since I love pink and I am pink girl. Don’t they look absolutely amazing? My taste testing proved they are yummy too. I love them all, but the smores ones are my favorites – the ones with the cracker like cookies on the top and bottom, a tasty filling and drizzled carob to hold it all together.
Before the party started I wanted to take a photo with my brother Nelson. It is the first time I have had a brother at my birthday party. Do you like his tie? I picked it out for him at the bakery because I think he looks super classy when he is fancied. up. He actually wore the hat and tie for a few minutes without squirming, he is growing up.
Once it was time for photos at the table, Nelson lost his patience and refused to wear his hat. He wants to steal all the desserts, so rather than argue with him, we just take some photos and get on with things. I really am too short! Next time I need a doggy booster seat I think.
Mom dished up half pieces for all of us and we dug right in, well, except for Bailie. She has too many manners and prefers to wait until she is sure it is alright to eat. Olivia and Nelson wolfed down their pieces. The photos came to an end as Mom had to dish up more dessert and make sure no one was stealing. Managing four of us is a lot of work at a party, LOL!
Bailie for one enjoyed my party and put a nice smile on her cute face. Those are the highlights from my 6th birthday party. A good time was had by all, especially by me, the birthday girl. I’m thankful we always get to celebrate our birthdays!

What a fabulous pawty and you really had us smiling, Madison! First off, if mom put the dish with all of the pieces of cake in front of me – they would have all been gone in a flash! Nelson looks so cute in this tie and pawty hat and we love your smile, Bailie! You look like you’re yelling to get his pawty started, Olivia! Your cake looks so yummy, Madison, and you are all so well-behaved at the table!
Since all of us have been modeling since we were puppies, we know the routine and that waiting and being patient gets us more than just grabbing things or fussing around does. Nelson is still learning party manners and patience in waiting for food, but he is slowly getting better at it.
You are so petit, Madison , just like many. I loved you part-time! Oh, I could sink my face into those yummy desserts. At least you managed to get a picture of Nelson in his hat and tie…boys! Happy Birthday week! XOXO Sparkle
Wow!! Four siblings!!!!! Those are awesome photos. We are so impressed at how good you all are. Nelson too!!! Happy birthday. Happy all year!! your friends Chester and Lilly
It is a lot, sometimes Mom thinks she is nuts but most of the time it is fun. She says she may not do four again but has no regrets π
We are thinking (and apologizing) that we have missed some important and special posts lately. So belated Happy Birthday to MOM!
Some wishes (we forget which ones tho) are due to Nelson we think … ? And for Madison (short tho you may be), a most Happy
Happy Birthday. You are all wonderful and adorable … June, the cat and her Mom
No need to apologize. We can’t always keep up with everyone all the time either. Everyone does their best and that is good enough for us. Mom and I had our birthdays in the last two weeks and now we are over that and moving on to other things.
That was the best birthday party! I wish I had been there. The best guests, too. π
Thank you. We always love birthday parties at our house but now we are done until Nelson turns one in January.
You all look so cute in your party outfits and those cakes look delish! That so nice of you to buy Nelson a tie for the party (he does look snazzy!). I am so glad you had a great birthday party sweet Madison!!
Mom always wanted a boy so she could by boy collars and ties and bow ties. I saw this one at the bakery of all places and knew it would be perfect for my little brother who is now a lot bigger than me, LOL!
that was too adorable!! Madison those desserts are GORGEOUS!!! They look so delicious too! I agree your brother looks handsome in his tie and he did awfully well considering he’s such a youngster! Happy Birthday again!
Nelson is pretty smart and catches on to things quickly. He is still rather impatient, though. The bakery always has such fancy stuff, but it tastes as good as it looks.
we love the tie and we love the furst birthday party with a brother…. maybe that’s the reason bailie smiles that way?;O)
We think she is smiling because she gets a dessert and she doesn’t have Nelson sitting next to her because he can be a pest.
I’m so happy you had a great birthday. Such fun and thank you for sharing the fun with you. Your mom rocks too.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and my best to your mom. β₯
Birthdays are always fun around here, as they should be, right?
Birthday Princesses!!Oh I 100% agree with the bakery lady. We like to both order different desserts or bakery goodies then we can share. Nelson you are your own man and you march to your own drum. When you live with as many females as you do you just have to stand out…Hugs
Cecilia
He is s good guy and a funny one too, but he can also be a pain in the furs because he is still such a puppy. He did well dressing up for the photo, though.
What a wonderful birthday party! Your brother looks so dashing and debonaire in that tie! YUMMY treats!!! You rock, Pink Princess!
Mom likes to dress him in boy things.
Bailie certainly had a big mile on her face but I love the one of you and Nelson
Mom gets us confused sometimes as our faces are fairly similar and at a quick glance she can’t tell who it is.
What fun that must have been!
Our parties are always fun, and sometimes a bit messy too but if we are outside, then it isn’t a problem.
Those goodies look fabulous and I’m so glad you had a wonderful Birthday! WOW, that was some happy Bailie smile. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Bailie has some good smiles and we are happy she is a happy girl
Those treats you picked looked delicious. So glad all had a great time. You really do need a booster seat. Did you get any presents? Happy Birthday and many more healthy happies! You are a doll.
My present was the trip up north last weekend and I’m good with that. I got to sniff all day Saturday which I loved too.
Oh what luscious treats!!!!! Madison, you may be the shortest of the group – just remember wonderful things come in small packages!
I am small but my personality is XXL according to my mom.
Wishing you many, many happy returns of the day!
Your treats looked just scrumptious; Nelson certainly behaved well for being so young, and i have to have a booster seat when i drive, so you have my sympathy on needing one.
Mom things she might add a second cushion to my chair next time because I am really too short for good photos.
What a pawsome pawty Madison…those treats looked delish!!
xoxo,
Rosy
They were so tasty. My favorite it turns out was the smores cookies, so yummy!
Nelson looks just awesome in his hat and tie. However, like most little brothers, he is all about the party and not about getting fancied up. Great set of images.
Boys are different from girls we are learning, but for the most part he is a well behaved puppy.
You guys always have the best parties! Happy birthday, dear Madison. You look pawsome for a 6 year old.
Thank you. I’m holding up pretty well so far.
Everything was looking very…yummy. A big party with delicious treats. Really awesome, indeed!
It was a fun party with plenty of yums.
