We’re all thankful for comfy spots to rest. We have all kinds of beds in different places around the house. Are the beds the most important thing, or the location? I, Olivia, like this bed next to the kitchen. Here I can relax and keep an eye on what Mom is doing and grab anything that might fall on the floor if I see it land.
Nelson is the odd man out. First this is true because he is the only boy dog, but he also isn’t into beds right now. He seems to prefer sleeping on hard surfaces. Even at night he jumps out of bed and sleeps on the tile in the bathroom. We think it is cooler for him and hopefully he will find comfy bed spots again after summer leaves.
The other boy in the house can’t get enough of comfy beds. Bailie and him fight over her bed every day. The one next to hers is usually open, so he finally will settle there. We have no doubt he is completely comfy!
Madison chooses to sleep in the living room on the dog couch lately. Normally we all sleep by Mom in the office when she is working during the day, but Madison has moved to the other room. She may come back too at some point.
Bailie is the silliest about comfy spots of all. She is protective of her bed and she spends almost the entire day in her bed. The funny thing is that it is big, but she still chooses to hang over the edge. How can this be comfy? Really, Bailie?
Finally, the most common way to find me being comfy is in the wicker kennel, but as my nap progresses, I start to spill out of it. This is the view Mom gets to see most often.
Comfy beds are great, but it doesn’t mean you have to be 100% in or on that bed to call it one of the comfy spots in the house.

Oh our goodness! We love all of these pictures. We love our beds here too — but my baby brother is like your brother and he sleeps in the bathroom too!! Great post! enjoy a good nap today. your friends Lilly and Chester
Boys seem to be different in a lot of ways. Mom hopes Nelson sleeps in bed when it is cold out at least.
You all look very comfy. Whatever position works best is the bestest one!
Mom says we often look like twisted noodles, but if we are happy, that is all that matters.
You have lots of comfy beds to choose from. I (Zachary) often sleep on the floor right next to a bed. Maybe it’s a boy thing.
We are just starting to learn all the ways boys are different. We girls will sleep on the rugs on the bathroom floor once and a while when Mom is getting ready in there, but Nelson likes the cold hard tile and the wood in our foyer.
Comfy snoozinng is a must! You all look like you have mastered the art!
We are good at being comfy.
I’m not surprised that mom has beds here and there for you to enjoy. You made me smile because we did the same for our Angel Little Bit. She used them all and that made us happy.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and my best to your wonderful mom. β₯
We have more than enough, so even if the cat takes over one, we still have plenty of spots.
I suddenly want a lie down!
Mom gets jealous of us all being so comfy while she is at her desk working.
Clover has 6 beds, all different in-line room at night. I think she sleeps in each one n
Bailie almost always uses her one bed, but the rest of us switch around a lot.
We have beds all over the place, you can find us in them during the winter, but we usually sleep on the floor in the summer.
Nelson is the only real floor sleeper. Even in the summer we girls like the cozy places best.
We have beds in every room in the house, even in the entrance hallway so the boys can either be with us or rest on their own the choice is up to them, although Eko is a half in half out type of pup and Boris just loves his home comforts xxx
Lots of beds, lots of choices is always nice for us. We change things up at different times of the year too.
Alex’s comfy spot is next to me – no matter how small the chair!
We are always near our Mom, but we are too big to be on a chair with her.
We have the exact same blanket you have for Bert and we have the same Brentwood Home bed too!! Levi is like Dakota was, he rarely will sleep in his bed, like Nelson, he prefers the floor (maybe it’s a guy thing?) lol. Roary sleeps everywhere! Beds, blankets, chairs, his cat tree. He has MANY comfy spots and he takes advantage of each and every one of them!!
Cats are weird and they always try to steal our dog beds. Boy dogs we are learning about. Nelson spends a lot of time on hard floors. We hope when it gets cold out he starts to sleep more in comfy beds. We will see in a few months.
Y’all do look really comfy and all of those photos are precious, enjoy those naps! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Napping is a wonderful thing. Sometimes even Mom takes a quick nap with us.
You all look quite happy with the bedding situation!
It is a pretty good and comfortable situation.
For Fenris location is everything, it has to be near Mom he will eschewed the comfort of the bed to be where Mom is at. Tuiren and the cats are all about their comfy beds.
We have lots of beds by places where Mom spends her time, the living room, kitchen, and office. At night we have the big bed for everyone to grab a spot along side of Mom.
Looks like everyone is comfy and cozy. That is the ultimate goal when you are home and needing your rest and relaxation. SO nice to be here with you all.
Mom says we play hard but we also rest hard.
