I used to take E&F for early morning walks, but now I have a lie in a lot of the time which is one of the benefits of retirement.
Mom is an early bird, even if she can sleep later, she never does. Enjoy retirement!

Our mom just love being up super early every day, so we don’t see that changing.

We walk or run, go home and eat, then take a long nap while Mom works.

Wow you walk in the dark? Daddy takes Levi to the bathroom REALLY early (around 4am)….then I take him for a walk around 8am (when it’s light) We usually walk around 30 minutes if he’s in the mood. I don’t enjoy taking him for a walk in the dark.
We all love walking in the dark really early, not in the dark at night. Mornings are so very peaceful in the dark, and when it snows, then it is so much brighter too.
We enjoy our early morning walks; our mom takes us to one of the parks to start our walks because she says our neighbors really would not like hearing my PBGV good morning singing at 6am. Oh, and the squirrels are already awake.
We don’t say much to squirrels but rabbits are also out at dawn and then we can get pretty loud. Sometimes we do think the neighbors don’t appreciate our notifications but they happen randomly.
We agree, that really is a wonderful way to start the day!
It gets the mind and body ready to roll.
There’s nothing like those beautiful early morning hours.
They are so peaceful and they get everything in the body rolling for the day.
